Freshly baked soft pretzels are at their best the day they’re made, but they can still stay soft for a couple of days with the right storage. I keep pretzel braids in an airtight container once they’ve cooled completely. Avoid refrigerating them if possible, since that can make the dough dry out and lose its chewy texture.
