Honestly, chocolate creme pie is pretty low-maintenance. Just keep it in the fridge and cover it so it doesn’t pick up other smells. I wouldn’t add whipped cream too early — it can get weird after a few hours. When you’re ready to eat, slice it cold. It holds better and tastes richer that way.
