How to improve understanding of complex grammatical structures, such as adjective clauses in English, if they seem too confusing?

You know, it's like this: I think I understand English pretty well. I've been learning it for many years. Everything seems simple and clear, especially at a conversational level or, for example, when I'm writing. But as soon as we get into complex grammar topics, it all turns into chaos in my head. I get lost in the rules and don’t always understand what to use and when. Are there any simple explanations or methods that can help me figure this out without overwhelming me with theory?

When learning through platforms, apps, or with tutors, the key is to understand how the language works, to look at real examples, not just memorize rules, but to apply them as much as possible in practice, do tests, and so on. I had trouble with defining and non-defining clauses, and with adjective clauses in general. I really liked how everything was written and presented on Promova, which I found when I was once again searching for what is an adjective clause example. Of course, platforms like this aren’t a one-size-fits-all solution, but I recommend trying it because it could really work for you and make learning the language easier and, most importantly, a more interesting process. That’s when the results will come.

Hmm, a tutor? I’m not sure, honestly, different methods work for different people, so you just have to try and see if it’s right for you. Right now, apps and online platforms are really popular, where you learn everything on your own, but for me, it’s much easier and clearer when there’s a teacher who explains everything.
