Saud Bin Saqr al Qasimi was born in 1956 in Dubai. He is the son of the Former ruler of Ra’sal-Khaymah, the late Sheik Saqr bin Muhammad Al Qasimi. Saud attended both his primary school education in RAK Academy, where he also proceeded with his secondary education. In July 1973, he successfully joined the AUB, where he pursued a bachelor’s degree in economics.
