BOOST YOUR IMMUNITY

1. Always drink Tulsi tea or eat Tulsi leaves or Ginger tea or lemon tea it is helpful to boost the immunity system in our body.
2. Use Giloy Juice and always drink warm water.
3. Always eat fresh and healthy vegetarian food.
4. Drink a glass of milk with turmeric powder it will make you inner strength.
5. Use one spoon of Chawanprash with milk it will also improve the immunity system.
6. Use vitamin -c ( Orange, Lemon, Aamala) and the food who has zinc properties.
7. Do Yog and Pranayam every day.
8. Do Prayer and Meditation every day.
9. Do Meditation more and more it will help you to stay calm and increase your physical, mental and spiritual strength.
