Everywhere now you can find both traditional and what you are used to. Desserts are always tricky for me, because even cakes are made differently everywhere. Traditional American cakes I don’t like at all. I don’t like thick, dry sponge layers, I don’t like the cream. The most important thing is that the ingredients are high quality and natural, not chantypak cream.

Honestly, it looks extremely unappealing. I’m not sure I would want to try it. This is a problem I have with local food in many countries.
