Pu-erh Tea, a microbially fermented tea has been lead through processes using molds, a beneficial bacteria and yeasts, all of which the Camellia Sinensis leaves undergo that form the end result of a tea cake. The fermented process has different forms depending on what provenances it's from, and this gives the tea its unique texture and flavor. This Pu-erh tea cake is Crushed and added to our tea bag, the other extracts are added in their proportions for taste, effectiveness and to assist with digestion.
