When you don’t eat meat or poultry, or certain other products, meal plans are always a problem. At least for me. I find good options, and then I have to change and adjust things and all that. What I liked about the unimeal.com site and their app is how adaptable it is. I just removed the products I don’t need and don’t eat and got a ready-made meal plan that works for me.
