How the Grinch Stole Christmas! (TV special) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

  • How the Grinch Stole Christmas! is a 1966 American animated television special directed by Chuck Jones. It is based on the popular children's book of the same title by Dr. Seuss, the story of The Grinch trying to take away Christmas from the townsfolk below. The special, which is considered a short film as it runs less than an hour, is now considered by most to be a timeless classic. Horror film icon Boris Karloff narrates the film and also provides the speaking voice of The Grinch (the opening credits state, "The sounds of the Grinch are by Boris Karloff. And read by Boris Karloff, too!").

Half-Fast: And to Think That I Saw It on My Long Run

Vanilla is one of my favorite running bloggers, and this post is a great reason why! He's funny and imaginative. I've "written" blog posts during runs before, but nothing as epic as this Dr. Seuss tribute. Take the time to read the whole thing. You'll be glad you did!
