FROZEN BERRIES. My family loves berries. But even we cannot consume all that our berry bushes yield in the summer. So, I have begun freezing berries in a way that makes them easy to use all year long. I wash the berries, pat them dry with a paper towel, place them on a metal cookie sheet so that none of them are touching, and freeze them.
