UnPlug is a FireFox extension which lets you save video and audio which is embedded on a webpage. (For most videos I prefer using TubeTV since it converts FLV to QuickTime automatically, but for videos on Vimeo and other places that TubeTV won't work, I like UnPlug running on FireFox.)
