MonkeyJam - Brickfilms
MonkeyJam is a powerful, albeit complex, stop-motion animation program. It was designed originally for cartoons, but the programmer also included some useful features for stop-motion animation. Allows for multiple layers with blending functions, and has built-in frame averaging. It has lots of great features, but is unfortunately not entirely free of bugs. Version 3.0 has corrected many of the old problems. Also, in this version, some new features have been added, one being you can now "scrub" your audio over the film you are capturing, making audio synching much easier.
