Last year, I wrote about the Evans v. Linden case filed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Linden operates the Second Life® virtual world. The case concerned claims that Linden wrongfully deprived the plaintiffs of their virtual real property. I recently checked into the status of the case.
