这一击,恰好打在了新浪微博的软肋之上。新浪微博最大的问题不是有人厌倦了,离开了,而是产品越来越臃肿,像个三四百斤的胖妇人。新浪的想法太多,目标太多,试错也太多。每一项新功能的推出都满足了一部分用户,也让另一部分人抱怨然后无视。不断的叠加与试错,堆积成山,产品重得喘不过气来,至少带来三条隐性伤害:1、产品被塞得太满,新功能的插入不便,阻滞了更多试验进行2、界面元素太多,分散了用户注意力,试验效果受到干扰3、即便发现了什么潜在机会,受限于产品复杂度,也很难快速集中突击
