  • 但是最近发生的一些事情已经让 Google 不安了，一是 Amazon 发布了自己的 Android Appstore。Amazon是一个很强大的内容提供商，而且可能会推出平板产品。如果 Amazon 和其它硬件厂商合作，或推出自己的 Android 产品，使 Amazon Appstore 与 Android 更好的整合，将会威胁到 Android Market。

  • This widget allows users to input their address, and perform validation on this by talking to an address data server.

    The UI part is Android-specific, but there is potential to re-use the backend and have different UIs (such as GWT) that interface with it.

    More information will be written here soon on how to integrate this with your android project and our future plans with regards to making the widget available outside the Android environment.

    答：(以打趣方式回答)应该M&M巧克力吧(注：谷歌工作休息室会提供糖果及其他点心)。

     

    问：说正经点的。

     

    答： 在其他一些(科技)公司的企业文化当中，你能看到大量负面因素。在此类企业文化当中，你常常能看到最受欢迎的技术工程师站出来指手画脚，以显示出其他员工 的创意是多么愚蠢，或其他员工编写的代码有多么差劲。事实上，随着谷歌企业规模的壮大，这种企业文化的陋习在谷歌内部也时有出现。

     

    出 现这种现象的部分原因是：新加盟谷歌的员工此前在其他公司工作时已习惯了这种陋习。毕竟在编程界，人们对这种现象已经习以为常，但这种陋习在谷歌没有生存 空间。哪怕是现在，如果有人站出来说自己有多么了不起，别的员工就会加以制止。我想这种健康机制一方面同谷歌两位创始人的态度有关，另一方面也同我本人有 密切关系，因为我曾经承担了大量谷歌初期代码编写的工作。当时佩奇、布林主要忙于如何让谷歌盈利等别的事务，这些事情不用我去操心。因此谷歌企业文化的主 要特色是比较友好。
