The Omnivorous Geek - Stupornatural
I thought I'd better share it in case any of you guys missed it. I'm speaking, of course, of Stupornatural, a pretty darn fantastic fanmade parody of Supernatural. The pacing is a little slow at first, but it's totally worth sticking around for it to get up to speed. So many funny, funny lines and visuals. They also have outtakes, which are even funnier. I had such a huge grin on my face through the whole reel. Michael and Matthew are so obviously brothers it gave me the giggle fits. AND. ash48 made a fanvid, just to make sure they got the whole fandom experience. Her fantastic sense of timing and music improves on the original and I love it just as much.

Kinetic by maichan808. Supernatural in motion, Supernatural and motion. The visuals are striking, the music is creepy, and the editing kicks ass. Be sure to watch it in HD, if you go to YouTube. Two Twenty-two by SecretlyToDream. He tried really hard to keep him safe. I got this link through LJ originally, but not sure where. I love this so much, and I cry everytime I see it, and it is gen of sorts, so erm, thought that if not many have seen it please do! Dean Winchester, God's gonna cut you down by saintmaverick. Dean Winchester and his life after the trip downstairs. And Castiel. Remember back in those first episodes of Season 4, when the whole angel/God storyline was new and scary and we had no clue where it was going? When we didn't know that the angels were mostly dicks and just as screwed up as everything else in the Supernatural world? Yeah. This vid does a fantastic job of capturing that feeling, the sense of awe and power and mystery, along with Dean's reluctance and skepticism. Bonus: tons of badass!Castiel. Carol of the Supernatural by Dragonfly. Action trailer vid to TSO's Christmas Eve Sarajevo (12/24) "Carol of the Bells". Action!boys! This is one of my favorite SPN fanvids of all time. I've completely lost track of how many times I've watched it. The music is awesome and the editing is perfect. It makes me love Sam and Dean more every time I see it, and kinda makes me nostalgic for the simplicity of the good ol' days, as much as I love Season 4 and all the complications it brought. Another One Bites the Dust by jessicarae24. This was definitely a spur of the moment vid. And be sure to plant your tongue firmly in cheek. Man, there sure is a lot of death in Supernatural. Like, again and again and again. Everybody. I love the use of the music and the beat in this vid. Just stunning.

I just watched an awesome SG-1/SGA fanvid by Dragonfly and Nibikko: I Love the Whole World. It's just a perfect selection of clips set to the "Boom-de-yada" song from the Discovery Channel. Yeah, you know the one. Enjoy!
