The information presented doesn't seem too "mind-blowing".  What is the difficult part to grasp with this report is how do schools get to these points in a state of limited funding and some thought processes still stuck on "I need to have a computer lab".

While I don't necessarily agree with their actions of pulling the kids out of the testing, I do agree about why.  Tests, and particularly, large scale standardized tests are NOT the answer.  There are better ways!
