1. Get the YouTube URL of the video and copy it
2. Go to http://keepvid.com/ and paste the YouTube movie and click submit
3. It will download the Flash movie clip. You need to rename the file and
add .flv after it.
E.G. get_video becomes get_video.flv
4. Open up Smartboard Notebook. Click on insert-flash file and find the
get_video.flv. Now you have the movie in your notebook and you can resize
it, pause, and play it
