لندن (رويترز) - قالت وزارة الداخلية يوم الثلاثاء انه سيسمح لطالبي لجوء غير عرب من اقليم دارفور بالبقاء في بريطانيا وان بريطانيا لن تعيدهم الى السودان حيث اعتبرت اعادتهم خطرة للغاية.

يواصل لاجئون وملتمسو حماية ومواطنون سودانيون من إقليم دارفور اعتصامهم بسجن القناطر في مصر لليوم التاسع على التوالي احتجاجا على توقيفهم منذ أشهر(ولأكثر من عام في بعض الحالات) دون توجيه اتهامات أو بسبب استمرار حبسهم رغم تمضيتهم مدة العقوبة المقررة عليهم لدخولهم البلاد بصورة غير مشروعة.
في الخبرين أدناه تفاصيل الأمر، وقد فشلت جهود لاعادة بعضهم للسودان الخميس الماضي، وبانتظار أي جهد لمساعدة هؤلاء قانونيا ولدفع الجهات المعنية ( المفوضية السامية لشئون اللاجئين ، السفارة السودانية بالقاهرة أيضا وغيرها ) لحل مشكلتهم و تسهيل إعادتهم لبلادهم حسب مطلبهم.
-تصوري ان الحقوقيين يمكنهم متابعة ملفات كل حالة من الناحية القانونية، فيما يجب الضغط على مفوضية اللاجئين للقيام بدورها لمقابلة هؤلاء خاصة حملة البطاقة الصفراء من ملتمسي الحماية.
-كما يرجى من المراكز الحقوقية المعنية بالتعذيب والحقوق الصحية متابعة الحالة الصحية لهم خاصة ان فيهم قصر - دون السن القانوني.
