I really like #1. The <abbr> tag would be cool for blogging. I wish it was built into a WYSIWYG editor though. Having to hard code that everytime would be to time consuming for quick blog posts.

A cool little guide for simplified project management. In my MBA program we just went through a project management class. The class and this article both suggest that the most important part of project management is difining the goals and outcomes and then communicating the progress.
