BlogRovR :: Add-ons for Firefox
"BlogRovR fetches, as you browse, posts from your favorite blogs about the page you're looking at, and shows you post summaries you can open and read right there, without leaving that page."

* This service singlehandedly changed
how I get information on the web. The end result is that I get a lot
more information, more tailored to my interests, directly from the
sources I trust. I will say that you better get yourself a decent feed
reader before you embark on the experience that is BlogRovr, because
while you will spend less time in a browser looking at webpages, you
will spend more time in a feed reader. I recommend Feeddemon (which is
free now) or Google Reader.
Basically, you upload to BlogRover
all the blogs that you prescribe to or that you tend to read. You also
let BlogRovr know when ever you land on a blog that you really like.
After a while, the service will start popping up on the side - out of
an annoying range, however, and let you know whenever any of the blogs
you sent to BlogRovr mentions the article that you are on at the
moment. You know instantly what the sources you trust feel about what
you are reading right now.
It's completely amazing! - suzannah on 2008-03-03

Add Sticky NoteBlogRovR is a blog reader’s best friend.
BlogRovR shows you what YOUR favorite bloggers have to say about anything you're browsing, discreetly and on-the-fly as you browse.
Tell BlogRovR the blogs you like, and from then on, as you browse the web, Rovr instantly fetches you posts from them which link to whatever web page you’re viewing.
Rovr’s resizable tray slides in to show you summaries of posts about the current page. Click on a summary to read the full post, right on the page it’s about, or CTRL-click to open a new tab on the blog post.
Rovr helps you discover content from particularly relevant blogs.
BlogRovR also lets you Twitter about the pages you're on from the toolbar, search through just your blogs from your blogrovr homepage, and get personalized suggestions from new blogs.- NOTE: this tool is particularly helpful to those with large numbers of feeds that they track, or are part of a niche community with a lot of feeds. You can only import 500 feeds at a time, so break up your feeds for import now. I found that though it says to import 500 at a time, there were chances of lag or breaking down in the import process if I did over 100. - on 2008-03-03
