首先，如果说群体性事件的发生是“不明真相”的群众被少数“别有用心”的人蛊惑、挑动的话，那么在事件发生之前为什么不能让群众知道“真相”？

其次，指责参与群体性事件的群众“不明真相”，无异于就说老百姓没有分辨事非的能力，这与事实不符。
