The myth is that we lived through an eight-year period of Bush-Cheney anti-terror policy and now we have entered a very different period called the Obama-Biden anti-terror policy. As both Obama and Cheney understand, this is a completely bogus distortion of history.

  • For a bit of context, the National Organization for Marriage, founded in 2007, describes itself as a group created "in response to the growing need for an organized opposition to same-sex marriage in state legislatures." To do that, they run an education fund and a political action committee and have spent $1.5 million on this nation-wide ad, which, according to YouTube, has been viewed well over 100,000 times since it was uploaded on April 7 (though it's unclear how many of those viewers are angry or amused or irony-minded liberals).
