A firefox web developers plug-in that apparently does some things the web developer's toolbar doesn't. Haven't had time to extensively look at it, yet, but it's recommended by WordPress founder Matt Mullenweg, so that's saying something.
Recommeded by McAdams. Claims to do more and better than the traditional Flash embed methods. Not sure if it works in College Publisher sites.
