too wordy to use directly with hs kids, but is a good jumping off point if you are looking for ideas on how to present the concepts. (ie: not really exciting, but hits the important points)
Lateral thinking skills and communication skills were valued greatly but in different order amongst higher education, art directors and copywriters and account planners.

@technolibrary is doing a survey for an article re: necessity of teaching research skills in 21st century. Consensus so far is YES.
