For several years, government tried to solve one of the biggest problems, violence in school, but it never worked. Their methods did not resolve anything. We need much more strict and strong law to root out the problem. Up to the present, we never punished the wrong doers and they always ended up with just the slap on the wrist. I believe government should act on their word. For example, other countries fire teachers when they use violence in school. Due to strict rules, teachers rarely practice corporal punishment in school ground. Violence causes terrible results in several ways. When teachers abuse students, it has many effects on both physically and mentally. In fact, many students get mentally stressed after they have been violated, and as a result, they could not get along with others. Due to one improper action, so many innocent students and their family suffer. It is irony that teachers slap and hit students in school, where should be the safest place for students. To stop making same mistakes we have done for a long time, it is not too late to remove violent teachers from school. Now is the time to put in action, not just words.

People that kill people with a gun or in any kind of way will never forget about there whole life, in fact they will most likely think about it everyday of there life because they have taken someones life away from them and also ruined a family forever because you took one of there loved ones away from them and you can never replace it.

A group of professional people posed this question to a group of 4 to 8 year-olds,
“What does love mean?”
The answers they got were broader and deeper than anyone could have imagined. See what you think.

“We should not have to carry bad memories in our heads. It would be much better if all bad things were forgotten.”

Standing alone, in your room, you look at the mirror, and there you are, yourself. You suddenly seem to be surprised at the identical twin standing in front of you; though you don’t really know who that person is. That person has a new face every time you look at them, happy, sad, mad, and surprised: she contains a thousand of expressions. Then you soon figure out its yourself, smiling, crying, and turn red in the gills in front of the mirror. The mirror reflects everything of you, and this implies to the universe as well. The universe is the mirror where we watch intently only what we have learned to know in ourselves.

I’m not sure if it’s just the Korean saying, but there is a saying that you don’t know a person’s value until they are not with you.

I realized I was doing the same thing as judging a book by its cover: My sister was actually a warm-hearted person too after all. The best way for me was talking about school because I was in High School now and we both had similar things to be a part of (clubs, classes, after school activities, etc).
-
I honestly didn’t talk—as in really have a normal conversation—with my sister until just about half a year ago.

wish that I was an only child (or have an older brother/sister).

Their parents had told them that just by keeping this habit; they would be able to be successful in the future (which was somehow true).

The world today is filled with various cultures in so many countries. Each culture has their own special thing to be proud of, whether its food, buildings, music, fashion, or language. Out of these, language in particular is most likely to be the one that “separates” each culture and their background. By hearing the country’s language, you can get an idea of where the people are from (the area) and slightly about their culture.
-
Why do so many people, for example Koreans, try their butts off to learn this language?
-
I think I’m one of the people that are afraid of the changes in the technological world inside. Although I’m using one of the technologies right now, I usually want things not to change because I like the past. I like how things are in the current days with partial technology and parts where I can experience the past. Through my classes with Mr.B I learned a lot of new technologies that I’m not comfortable using. Not only am I new to it, but I also dislike the fact that I seem to be going further away from the traditional classes–which I seem to be used to. I’m just afraid that the technology learning will affect the way I study and have a negative affect to it. When exactly will these changes be made? I still can’t find an answer to that.

Time. Time is a very interesting thing with so many mysteries. Who made time? Where did it come from? Why did people start keeping track of time? Since when was “time”? I’ve never been answer the question: What is time? I know that time is what can never be turned back or stopped. That’s why it scares me. Without even you noticing it, time just keeps going and going on forever. Even at this moment when you are reading this blog, time is going by you like a river flowing down the mountain. How did people ever even get the idea of time? Did they just suddenly think that they needed to keep track of when the did certain things? I mean, if there was no time, people wouldn’t know exactly when they did things. The concept of hours, days, minutes, years, weeks, etc. wouldn’t be known to the human beings.

However, there are also siblings which people look and say, “They can’t be siblings! They look nothing alike!” For example: my sister and I. (SP3)

That’s the whole reason why we learn: to improve. (SP3)
