yep, came up with term user-driven in an argument with Joe who couldn't understand what my problem with user-centric was. had a few exchanges about what user-driven means, later on when he adopted that term himself. Now I feel it has drifted far from its original meaning.

ownership concept wreaking havoc in simple practical issues of the web. Rights is not a way to manage relationships, it is a way to potentially resolve disputes. Will address this via the data as externality route to clarify some of the fallacies around.
