The mshflxgd.ocx registry information in vbControl6s.reg is incorrect. For a computer that only has .NET and not vb6 on it the computer needs the old and new registry information for the control.
NEW REG KEY and string for mshflxgd.ocx that comes in vbcontrols6.reg

OLD REG KEY and string for mshflxgd.ocx that my computer was lacking to make the flex grid work.
