An interesting article on how the NC TWC survey has been used to get rid of principals in schools with low scores. I think this is a horrible use of the survey that takes focus off of the fact that TWC is a school-wide effort. This will make principals less likely to embrace the survey as a tool for change and less likely for teachers to step up and take ownership over TWC.
