Don't be a tool. You knew the shipping AND handling charges upfront. The average person's time is worth $20 an hour. $9 sounds reasonable considering the time it took to buy packing materials, complete the transaction, drive to the post office and mail your item. Probably took 20 mins plus the actual postage and gas and there is your $9.

Now if the seller took a few weeks to ship then by all means leave a neg. If not then i'd say you got pretty good service.

Anyone having issues clicking through the "get Cash Back" link in the eBay message? It keeps on timing out for me and I also can't get the "your CashBack account" link at live.com to work.

The annoy thing about the shipping cost is that when you sort by prices, the price is misleading. However, the problem is with eBay not with the sellers. eBay charges 8.75% for the first $25 people sell. If you list something for $25, you'd be paying $1 listing fee, $2.19 final value fee, and $1.02 paypal fee. Subtract the actual shipping and envelope fee of at least $1, it's hard for people selling DVDs and game just to break even. By trasferring $9 of the cost to shipping, thus saving $0.78 of the final value f

IF you want to learn a bit more about t-mobile's data plan setup then cruise on over to howardforums.com. Using unlocked non-t-mobile phones on their network has been going on for years. I myself do this all of the time. Due to the advanced nature of the non-t-mobile phone I use alot more data than I ever could with one of their pieces of garbage. I've been doing all sorts of net surfing and yes, even youtube (despite what apple says, they were not the first to get this).
