Web Design Ledger says - Photo Manipulations can be a lot of fun and can produce powerful effects when well executed. There are a lot of tutorials out there that teach various photo manipulation techniques, but a lot them are old and, unfortunately, are a bit cheesy. In this post, I’ve tracked down the ones that are well written and result in incredible effects. All of these tutorials were released in the past few months.
