Garmin Nuvi 265WT Review - GPS
This looks like the best one with traffic.

Garmin Nuvi 265WT

traffic antenna is built into the unit's cigarette lighter charger. TomTom XL Traffic (2nd generation)
Compact, correctable, good looking and easy to use, the TomTom XL is a great portable GPS. For AU$100 more there's this Traffic version with, uhh, traffic messaging built-in.

TomTom's XL Traffic just squeaks in under the magic AU$500 mark. It's got the same features as the regular XL — good looks, compact size, ease of use and the ability to correct map errors — but, you guessed it, with traffic messaging. Traffic bundles are also available for the more expensive Go 730 and Go 930 models.

Navman's traffic-equipped S300t, with its slimline silver and metal body and iPhone-esque interface, it would be a shoo-in.
