pull Nye down to the ground face down. Then Ty stood up and jumped in the air

he was choking him and jumping up and down on his chest to get the air out of

shows hemorrhage into the right stenocleidomastoid muscle in association with
petechial hemorrhages consistent with nect trauma, multiple cutaneous injuries
and three subgaleal hemorrhages at autopsy. The DA office would not release the
sheriff report or autopsy for months even after closing the case. They told the
family Nye had no injuries, that Lee was exaggerating what happened, and the DA
chief deputy, and prosecutor said that he died of a heart attack. We had to get
a national victims org to tell them they had to give the reports that it was
illegal to not release them. Before we got the autopsy it was given to a
newspaper writer (alledged boy friend of the prosecutors room mate). That is who
we got if from. 5 months after Nye Franks death it was put on the front page
fist fight and heart attack. Lee said Nye never hit and Ty did not have marks on
him. The first night the parents stalked Lee and her family, then her neighbors
to totally isolate her. This was reported to the DA and sheriff but they said
they could not do anything.Stalking is against the law, especially of witnesses
and crime victims. The DA office let Ty out of jail while he was already on
probation, without a drug test, without bail in 24 hours and without charges.
