NextActionの定義の仕方。わかりやすい動詞、具体的な内容、最後にどうなるのか、時間を含めること等。日本語では「～する」という動詞でリストを作ることが重要かと。

    • ツールは以前調べたものがいくつかあるのですが、今回は「nextaction」を使います。

         

      nextactionはTiddlyWikiと同じくHTML+JavaScriptでできていて、サーバーにアップしなくてもローカルで使えます。また、TiddlyWikiベースの「GTDTiddlyWiki」というのもあります。

  • 実装方法が個人に任されているところが、長所でもあり短所でもあるかもしれません。

  • 元のタスクに対して、次の具体的な行動が出てくるまで細分化しなさい、と言うわけです。
  • ポイントは自分の「手に負えるサイズ」になるまでタスクを細分化することなんだろう、と。「手に負える」というのは、あんまごちゃごちゃ考えなくても行動できるレベル。
