SwiftFM - Listen To Your Friends
An MP3 sharing and linking service built on top of Twitter. You can upload or link to an MP3 and it will generate a sort of playlist page for you. It's supposed to develop into something more social than Twisten or Twt.fm. So far, though, I haven't got it to work at all (won't post on my behalf). UPDATE (Sept. 30, 2009): It works now!
Send Pictures Fast with PhotoCannon
Cost: free to send up to 50MB of photos; $5 plus $1/GB to send more. Could be handy if you don't want to go through the hassle of zipping a folder and uploading it to YouSendIt or something.

Sync files across multiple computers. 2GB maximum for the free version, I think.
PipeBytes (private file-sharing utility)
I discovered this utility because they have a branded Meebo plugin for sharing files over IM. I haven't tried it as of yet.
