An NPR story on a group that has been performing Greek dramas, mostly Sophocles, for military audiences (the group si called The Philoctetes Project). Apparently it provides a surprisingly powerful kind of catharsis for veterans suffering from PTSD or other aftereffects of combat service, and it makes possible conversations between veterans and their spouses that might not have taken place otherwise.
