I sit on a committee of sorts at work that was inspired in part by Jim Collins’ “Good to Great”. We (the group) recently assigned ourselves the task of developing some sort of retrieval cue to incorporate into our emerging culture that will serve as an aid to help visualize our mission and act appropriately. My idea is in a thought draught format and needs some work. I’d love to read comments and hear ideas. What, if anything, does your company culture do? Does your company have an identifiable culture?
