Windows only: Freeware program Multi-Monitor taskbar adds a Windows taskbar to your second monitor so that each monitor's taskbar contains only the programs that are open on that monitor.
I'm not currently running multiple monitors, but I know that it can be a major pain referring to the primary monitor to deal with the windows on the secondary. Multi-Monitor taskbar also adds a move-to-monitor button to your windows, which allows you to quickly send a window to another monitor with one click. It supports up to 3 monitors, is Windows only, and is fantastic freeware. Thanks Tom!
