Born David Robert Jones, I first met David Bowie during his original tour of the United States having adapted the stage persona of Ziggy Stardust, a sort of lost in space androgynous alien, complete with cosmic makeup and a painted lightning bolt zig zaging across his face down to his naked chest.
-
Before venturing across the pond, Bowie had caused quite a sensation in the British press not only because of his outlandish - to some - image of a rock and roller from Mars,
-
but because of his independent and very liberal sexual lifestyle.
-
Bowie was introduced to me at the RCA studios in Manhattan by Walli Elmlark a bedazzling young lady who wrote a regular column for Circus magazine, a sort of heavy metal version of Rolling Stone
-
As usual, at the time I was wearing several hats. I was promoting a number of local rock bands who never quite "made it,"
-
editing the widely distributed UFO Review (the world's only official flying saucer newspaper),
-
and running the New York School Of Occult Arts and Science, among the first metaphysical centers in the country where you could take classes in anything from astral projection to hypnosis, to witchcraft...which is how I came to be acquainted with Walli Elmlark.
-
As I originally wrote in UFOs Among The Stars - Close Encounters of The Famous (Global Communications), Wallie was known widely as the White Witch Of New York.
-
Because of her contacts in the music industry, she had established quite an eclectic clientele for whom she would offer spiritual guidance, and occasional good luck or love spells, but always of a positive nature.
-
She didn't dabble in black magick or even gris gris (a New Orleans form of "gray magick" that incorporates poppets and the use of talismans kept in a personal mojo bag).
-
Walli was lively, imaginative, energetic, well spoken, and quite attractive in her flowing white garments complete with fashionable silver moon adornments.
-
Oh did I forget to mention long black hair, complete with dyed green streak highlights?
-
Indeed, Walli made a very bold fashion and occult statement wherever she went.
-
BOWIE - THE MAN WHO FELL TO EARTH
-
Early in life, Bowie had established his interest in all matters extraterrestrial.
-
As a Brit teenager, David had helped edit a flying saucer newsletter.
-
He admitted to me that he loved science fiction and was fascinated with life in space and the possibility that quite a few cosmic visitors had ended up on our earthly shores.
-
During a conversation, Bowie had gone out on a limb revealing that he had once had a close encounter.
-
In the book Laugh Gnostic, author Peter Koening paraphrases what Bowie said:
-
"A friend and I were traveling in the English countryside when we both noticed a strange object hovering above a field. From then on I have come to take this phenomena seriously.
-
I believe that what I saw was not the actual object, but a projection of my own mind trying to make sense of this quantum topological doorway into dimensions beyond our own. It's as if our dimension is but one among an infinite number of others."

When I was a teenager on Long Island New York I experienced along with my entire family and a group of friends an unknown creature that spent one night tormenting us.
-
This creature had gotten into our home while my family was not home and waited for us to return. When it was discovered something was in the house with us we quickly ran outside.
-
The creature stayed in the house taunting us with turning the lights on and off, pounding on the walls and howling in heart stopping screams of anger.
-
It wanted to trap us in the house and went wild when we would not cooperate.
-
The police were called to search the area. They found a rope he was hoping to use, clawed walls and a putrid smell left behind.
-
A few weeks later this horrible creature returned to my neighborhood again to try and grab a family. He ripped a large window out of a nearby house wood casing and all trying to grab a 17-year-old girl watching TV in her family room.
-
Her mother chased the creature off with a shotgun. The ordeal was terrifying for all involved.
-
The creature was never found. What this thing was or where it came from remains a mystery to this day.
-
I had dinner recently with old friends whom I had gone to college with years ago.
-
Both the husband and wife had careers working in agencies that involved security for the United States.
-
Both were well trained to deal with dangerous situations. The woman was retired but the husband was still working. As part of his job this man carried a weapon.
-
They told me about an experience that they had a few years ago while on vacation.
-
They were spending a week on the end of Long Island near Montauk Point.
-
One afternoon they decided to drive around the less populated wooded areas that cover the end of Long Island. They had packed a lunch and were driving along a deserted road looking for a place to set up lunch in the back of their truck.
-
They found a lovely area along the side of the country road.
-
The wife jumped into the bed of the truck to set up their little chairs and table so they could begin their lunch.
-
The husband decided to look along the side of the wooded road to see if he could locate a secondary dirt road he was told about that was suppose to be the entrance to a civil war building he was hoping to see.
-
The wife was in the back of the truck busy with her cooler while the husband walked close to the side of the road along the woods.
-
The wife and husband both heard it at the same time. It was a strange clucking animal sound.
-
It was loud, close by and unlike anything they had ever heard before. Both of them immediately froze in response to this odd out of place sound.
-
The woman stood up to view where her husband was standing. He stood motionless. They both stood silently listening. They listened only a few seconds when they heard it.
-
Foot steps adjacent to where her husband was walking. They were heavy breaking sticks and crushing leaves.
-
Both this man and his wife were trained to know the difference between the normal sounds of the forest and its animal life and that of sounds not normal to the area.
-
These steps were of something more human like and structured. Not the fluttering random steps of an animal. They were methodical and keeping pace with the man.
-
She watched as her husband stood perfectly still. He slowly turned around and looked at his wife. She knew at once they were in trouble.
-
The woman dropped the lunch on the floor of the truck, jumped over the side and quickly got into the truck and started it. She placed her foot to the floor fish tailing down the road as quickly as she could get that truck to travel.
-
She flew up next to her husband who now stood feet planted in a squat position with his gun drawn facing the woods.
-
She slammed on the brakes and screamed at him to get in. The second he jumped into the truck she took off flying down the road wanting as much distance between them and whatever was in those woods.
-
When her husband opened the door of the truck to jump in she was able to glance towards the side of the road where he had his weapon aimed.
-
There in the woods she saw two red glowing eyes looking towards them from the woods. They were about 7 feet in the air making what ever was looking at them at least 7 to 8 feet high.
-
As they were racing down the road away from the thing in the woods her husband shaking and still holding his weapon could only stutter "Did you see it? It was not human."
-
The husband told his wife he knew something large and intelligent was following him along side the road in the woods.
-
It would stop when he did and back off from sight when the man tried to get a look at it.
-
He told his wife it was huge at least 8 feet tall with an outline that appeared wide and square in form.
-
He told his wife it had red colored eyes that had a glow that would turn on and off in the dark woods.
-
The man was shaken and convinced it was not of this world.

A cultural institution that gives students an access all areas pass to the world, the United Nations International Schools (UNIS) gives students a trip around the globe in just a stroll down the school hallway.
-
"We've got over 60 countries represented among the staff and that diversity of cultures from within the teaching staff brings about perspectives that can only really be achieved here," Executive Director Stewart Walker told Xinhua in an exclusive interview.
-
"Even at other international schools around the world, you don''t find that diversity among the staff and that's a critical piece for us to maintain."
-
Nestled between the East River and Franklin D. Roosevelt highway in Manhattan, central New York City, UNIS stands at the eastern edge of midtown where it overlooks the rest of the city.
-
As a symbol for both international heritage and cultural diversity,
-
it's a crossroads for children and families across the globe that are looking for a unique, international educational experience.
-
"We've got these kids around the world who interact with each other and therefore get an international understanding that is based upon personal friendships and personal relationships, which is the strength from it," Walker said.
-
Established as an International Nursery School in Queens, New York, UNIS was formed by a group of UN parents in 1947 who wanted their children to maintain their cultural upbringing, as well as to receive an education that would allow them to matriculate back into their national educational system.
-
Quickly transforming from an enrollment of just 20 children to a fully fledged educational institution by the late 1950s that included campuses in both Queens and in Manhattan,
-
the student admission also started to include those outside the UN community -- families from both the non-governmental sector and local New York scene.
-
Today with 1,550 children from all ends of the globe attending UNIS, a little more than half of the student population has parents that are working for the UN or missions attached to the world body.
-
A quarter of the students are internationally based, with the remaining 10-15 percent from the United States.
-
"It's not good enough to simply just come here and to be a privileged child who gets a wonderful education," Walker said.
-
"The mission of the school and the United Nations is really about creating a new world order --
-
one that is based upon peace and understanding."
-
"It's really to take that experience and to build on it and take the understanding that you have here,
-
to make a positive change, to take it out into the world," Walker said.
-
to take that commitment you get to community service
-
Walker urges students to go out and make the "positive change that is based upon these ideals that are espoused right through their education here."
-
Add Sticky NoteWith the UN values as the cornerstone of UNIS,
- OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! - on 2009-11-22
-
The UNIS Junior School provides kids with the necessary cushion when transitioning from home to being in school full-time. Walker says relationship-building starts in Junior A (kindergarten), where teachers work on engaging children in a nurturing environment with group activities both in and out of the playground.
-
Life-long themes are explored in Junior School in connection with the ideals of the UN Charter,
-
such as self-esteem, respect for others, integrity, personal responsibility, and cooperative partnership.
-
According to the curriculum on the UNIS website, in addition to the core academic subjects that are taught, kids are taught art, music, science and movement by specialists.
-
Computer studies are introduced early on so that kids are taught different modes of communication and information retrieval, as well as problem solving.
-
A hands-on environment, the Junior School encourages these youngsters to get an international perspective --
-
"Our connection to the UN is critical for us," he said, while commenting on a recent visit by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon to rally kids for the UN''s campaign "To Stand Up Against Poverty" on Oct. 16.
-
Add Sticky NoteKids prepared posters and signs that welcomed him -- treating him like a "rock star," Walker said.
- Practice makes perfect, I guess, for the expected real "Big Shot." - on 2009-11-22
-
The skills that the students acquire in Junior School allow them to understand their sense of "self" in preparation for their studies in Middle and High School at UNIS.
-
Middle School builds upon the skills of self-reliance in those crucial years of forming their own personal identities, as well as peer-group identification.

By Bill Berkrot
-
NEW YORK (Reuters) - New York City health officials scrambled to explain themselves on Thursday in the wake of media reports about bankers who got scarce H1N1 flu vaccines through their employers.
-
Members of Congress fired off letters demanding immediate explanations and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reminded state and city health officers of the need to make sure the most vulnerable people get shots first.
-
"I am concerned that the distribution of the vaccine is resulting in favored treatment for the privileged," New Jersey Democratic Representative Frank Pallone said.
-
A shortage of H1N1 vaccines has frayed nerves, and public health departments across the country say they will not be able to meet the bulk of the demand until December or January.
-
The CDC estimates swine flu has infected more than five million people and it is documented as having killed 1,000.
-
The federal government, which is buying the vaccines and distributing them for free to 62 state and city health departments, says 35.6 million doses have been made and packaged since production began.
-
Connecticut Sen. Chris Dodd, a Democrat, released a letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius saying he was "stunned" at the reports.
-
"I implore you to use whatever authorities you have to ensure that H1N1 vaccines already distributed but not yet used are promptly redirected to hospitals, schools, community health clinics, school-based health clinics, and pediatricians so that they can be made immediately available to at-risk members of the public as identified by the Department," Dodd wrote.
-
CDC Director Dr. Thomas Frieden sent out a reminder to state and city health departments that distribute vaccine.
"I ask each of you to review your plans immediately and work to ensure that the maximum number of doses is delivered to those at greatest risk as rapidly as possible," he wrote.
-
"When H1N1 vaccine first became available in the fall, we directed all available doses to pediatricians, OB-GYNs, community health centers, public and private hospitals," New York City health department spokeswoman Jessica Scaperotti said in a telephone interview.
-
She said the city had given 800,000 doses to about 1,100 providers, with Lenox Hill Hospital, for example, getting 1,200 doses
-
and banking firm Goldman Sachs getting 200 of the 5,300 doses it asked for, Scaperotti said.
-
She said 16 of the city's 25 biggest employers had vaccine, including Columbia University, Citi Group and others,
-
as well as the Federal Reserve Bank, which is not among the top 25 employers.
-
Morgan Stanley said it received 500 doses of the vaccine for its New York City locations and 500 doses for its Westchester location in suburban New York.
-
"We never thought we would receive doses ahead of area hospitals and once this was brought to our attention, we promptly donated the doses we received to a few area hospitals," including Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital in New York, a company spokeswoman said.

Just What the Doctor
Ordered -
It is a matter of judgment as to when, but sometimes third
party candidates and even spoilers are necessary to discipline a
hopelessly wayward Republican Party. -
Also next month is a special
election in New York to fill the seat of Republican Rep. John
McHugh. -
Sneaking away with the Republican nomination for the
seat, despite strong local opposition, is ultraliberal state Rep.
Dede Scozzafava. She even has past ties to ACORN and the
ultraleft Working Families Party. -
Her election would only help
the Obama leftists, as the media heralds her as the new, modern
Republican, and she votes for the Obama neo-socialist
agenda. -
Fortunately, the New York Conservative Party is running a
true Reagan Republican, Doug Hoffman. -
The latest poll: Scozzafava
20.3%, Democrat Bill Owens 17.3%, and Hoffman 17.0%. Reagan
Republicans, free market conservatives, tea party patriots,
traditional values conservatives (Scozzafava is pro-choice and
pro-gay marriage), nationwide, need to pour resources into this
race. -
Seriously, I am like Paul Revere at Lexington and Concord
here. A win by Hoffman would be a political jolt that would help
conservatives in the Republican party nationwide. -
Congressional Republicans underestimate the grassroots
anger that will not tolerate support for President Obama's
leftist agenda. -
Any Republican who votes for the Obama/Democrat
health care takeover will be marked not just for a primary
challenge, but, if necessary, for a third party spoiler with the
express purpose of driving the apostate from office. -
If enough
Senate Republicans vote for Obamacare in the end, then a national
third party will be started, and the Republican Party will
implode. -
At a minimum, don't be surprised if an Independent
Conservative Party is started in Maine in the next few
months. -
The same goes for those Republicans who are sufficiently
uninformed on the issue to vote for cap and trade. -
That is why
Rep. Mark Kirk (R-IL) badly hurt his chances to win the open
Illinois Senate seat next year by voting for the ridiculous,
unjustifiable House cap and trade bill. -
Even environmentalists
opposed the bill riddled with special interest loopholes. -
Though
the bill would take us all the way back to 1907 by ultimately
trying to reduce fossil fuel use by 83%, even radical
environmentalists admit it would only slow temperature increases
by an absurd 9/100ths of one degree. -
Conservatives in Illinois
need to meet and coalesce around a true Reagan alternative to
Kirk, who is running as a McCain poster boy. -
Hang Together, or Hang
Separately -
The battle for the future of America is in the Republican
Party. -
Conservatives, tea party patriots, taxpayer activists,
even free market libertarians need to join the fight over whether
we will have a Reagan Republican party, or a McCain Democrat
party, or a dysfunctional party whose vote is hopelessly split by
third party spoilers. -
The threat to our country is now more
serious than ever. If we don't figure this out, we will lose our
country, and the world will enter the New Dark Ages.

BIGFOOT AT BLACK CREEK

-
By now the word “paranormal” is used simply to mean
“outside the accepted theory,” and, as might be
imagined, the modern business of it is a big one, concerning
itself partly with subjects that people would type as
“supernatural,” like apparitions of dead humans and
extra-sensory talents in living ones. -
Paranormal inquiry also
addresses things that might be totally natural, even commonplace,
but simply out of setting. -
“Ancient mysteries” -- like
the possible Phoenician exploration of the Americas -- are
generally of this variety. Some paranormal subjects may just be
undiscovered -- like UFOs, earth energies, and mystery monsters
-- and, if the general presumptions of their advocates come true,
might someday be the study of mainstream disciplines like
physics, geology, and zoology. -
The apish giant often called “Bigfoot” would be in
the last category, and Shadows of the Western Door
addressed the subject of its possible presence in Western New
York -
I compiled as many good “crazy critter” reports
as I could about my home region, hoping for credible and
electrifying “close encounters.” -
What surfaced easily
was a folkloric mass from a long section of the Alleganies
running well into Pennsylvania. Until recently this was the best
modern cycle, but it was murky: often third-hand reports lacking
reliable witnesses or physical evidence. At that point it
didn’t surprise me; I expected the critters to be... scarce. -
I had interviewed most of the key human players
from this episode in the early 90s and they seemed very credible,
but I'd left the matter out of Shadows because I
didn’t have even enough idea what was up to know which
chapter to put it in. (Ghosts? Beasties? UFOs?) -
From 1973 to 1976 there was a better cycle of reports from a
largely forested and rural region around the northern part of
Allegany County. -
From what I could
gather, the focus - if not also the stimulus - of the quirky
activity seemed to be a small cabin built by some high school
kids near a marshy region that had attracted generations of
paranormal rumors reminiscent of UFO stories, like strange lights
and mechanical noises. The lads used to sleep in this jerryrigged
shack on weekends and holidays, but one of them stepped outside
one night and found himself and a large critter checking each
other out. He described it as anthropoidal, but light-colored. -
In
other respects the cycle followed paranormal patterns: ripped
farm animals, rattled cabins, spooked livestock, alarmed
countryfolk, and reports of strange, smelly critters. Yes -
Bigfoot is supposedly so redolent that they call him “the
Skunk Ape” in some parts. -
In the fall of 1998
after a luncheon talk in Niagara County I was approached by one
of the attendees. That very week her brother's family had cast a
set of seventeen-inch footprints outside their Allegany County
home. They were wary of publicity, but I managed to arrange an
interview for a few weeks later. I used the interval for a little
more digging, and reflected on Bigfoot in my area back through
time. -
Shortly after Shadows was published I started hearing
stories that made me believe I’d given too short shrift to a
couple of its topics, including Ol' Stinky. -
There were historic accounts of Bigfoot, or the reasonable
facsimile. -
One of the most elaborate came from Livingston County,
where a strange beast was sighted several times in 1870 and 1871. -
Big, bipedal, and hairy, it maimed a number of harassing dogs.
The accounts make no mention of details we’d consider
critical: its skull size and shape, its body configuration.
It’s hard to know what was going on. -
When the Whites arrived for good near the end of
the eighteenth century this area was fairly dotted with
earthworks much like the Old World type, and a number of
curiosities came out of them, including two bestial, humanoid
skulls from a pre-Iroquoian burial mound on Tonawanda island near
Buffalo. -
As part of the work on “Buried Secrets” - Shadows'
chapter on the ancient mysteries of the region -- I had
discovered a tradition of something like Bigfoot in the histories
and old records. -
Giant human-like skeletons turned up throughout the
region, chiefly in the Southern Tier near the Alleganies, and
along river valleys like the Conewango. -
Nineteenth-century finds, seemingly quite
well-documented, of numerous giant skeletons just outside Western
New York -- in northwestern Pennsylvania and the Susquehanna
Valley -- could point to a tribe, even a race of them in the
region, except for the sheer oddity of the idea. -
More reports of big
hominid bones came from homebuilders and other diggers near East
Aurora and Rochester. -
While some Native American nations of the west seem to have
the tradition of the Bigfoot, among those of the Northeast
Woodlands the matter is anything but clear. -
Iroquois legend held
figures that might be interpreted as Bigfoot-like, both generic -
the Stone Giants - and individual, like High Hat, a bogie local
to the northern Alleganies. -
I’d even heard of something
called “the Wendigo Complex,” only found among Native
American men, in which the sufferer believes he is becoming
something bestial, cannibalistic, and dangerous to his community,
even his own loved ones. -
Yet I had no confidence whatever that a
Bigfoot was what we were talking about. -
I don’t believe you
should start out looking for something and ransack tradition for
things that remind you of it. You don’t understand the
significance of the images that way. You start by getting into
the context of a culture, and I really didn’t think I was
with the native people of the northeast.

It was late..about 2am. I was letting the dogs out.
-
It sounded like branches being hit together..
-
I heard the distinct sound of banging coming from the woods, about 50 yards away.
-
Then there would be a brief pause..then they'd start up again.
-
the loud bangs came in increments of three.
-
this happened for about a good 5 minutes.
-
After the last of the banging was heard there was the sound of branches snapping and grunting. I went inside soon after cause I was kinda scared.
-
I live in a small mountain town.
-
In the winter months it becomes like a ghost town.
-
The Appalachian trail is about half a mile from my back door. Lots of woods..steep mountains.
-
There where documented reports of sightings in the 70's of people seeing Big foot. Other then that it's mostly hearsay. People have heard strange noises, seen weird things.
-
The town is full of hunters and folk who have spent most of their lives in and around the woods. The town has a curfew for the teens..and it was bitterly cold that night...so I'm left baffled.

The invasion into Kuwait by Iraq/Babylon provided perfect cover for allied forces to engage the Babylonian “prince” by launching Desert Storm against Saddam Hussein’s forces, an effort Bush made clear was “to forge for ourselves and for future generations a New World Order… in which a credible United Nations can use its… role to fulfill the promise and vision of the U.N.’s founders.”

Following this initial statement, Bush addressed the Congress where he added:
“What is at stake is more than one small country [Kuwait], it is a big idea—a New World Order, where diverse nations are drawn together in common cause to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind…. Such is a world worthy of our struggle, and worthy of our children’s future…. the long-held promise of a New World Order…”[1]

By December 9, 2008, respected chief foreign affairs columnist for The Financial Times, Gideon Rachman (who attended the 2003 and 2004 Bilderberg meetings at Versailles, France, and Stresa, Italy) admitted, “I have never believed that there is a secret United Nations plot to take over the US. I have never seen black helicopters hovering in the sky above Montana. But, for the first time in my life, I think the formation of some sort of world government is plausible.”
-
The United Kingdom’s Gordon Brown not only agreed, but in an article for The Sunday Times, March 1, 2009, said it was time “for all countries of the world” to renounce “protectionism” and to participate in a new “international” system of banking and regulations “to shape the 21st century as the first century of a truly global society.”
-
On January 1, 2009, Mikhail Gorbachev, the former head of state of the USSR, said the global clamor for change and the election of Barack Obama was the catalyst that might finally convince the world of the need for global government.
-
In an article for the International Herald Tribune, he said:
Throughout the world, there is a clamor for change. That desire was evident in November, in an event that could become both a symbol of this need for change and a real catalyst for that change. Given the special role the United States continues to play in the world, the election of Barack Obama could have consequences that go far beyond that country…
If current ideas for reforming the worlds financial and economic institutions are consistently implemented, that would suggest we are finally beginning to understand the important of global governance.
-
Four days later on January 5, 2009, the chorus call for a New World Order was ramped up by former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger while on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.
-
A reporter for CNBC asked Kissinger what he thought Barack Obama’s first actions as President should be in light of the global financial crises. He answered, “I think that his task will be to develop an overall strategy for America in this period, when really a New World Order can be created.”
-
Kissinger followed on January 13th, with an opinion piece distributed by Tribune Media Services titled The Chance for a New World Order.
-
Addressing the international financial crises inherited by Barack Obama, Kissinger discussed the need for an international political order (world government) to rise and govern a new international monetary and trade system.
-
“The nadir of the existing international financial system coincides with simultaneous political crises around the globe,” he wrote. “The alternative to a new international order is chaos.”
-
Kissinger went on to highlight Obama’s extraordinary impact on the “imagination of humanity,” calling it “an important element in shaping a New World Order.” [2]
-
Kissinger—a Rockefeller functionary and member of the Bilderberg group and Trilateral Commission who routinely turns up in lists among senior members of the Illuminati—peppered his article with key phrases from Masonic dogma, including the comment about the “alternative to a new international order is chaos,” a clear reference to “Ordo ab Chao” from Ancient Craft Masonry, a reference to the doctrine of “Order out of Chaos.”
-
Like the mythical Phoenix firebird, Kissinger visualized the opportunity for a New World Order to be engineered from the ashes of current global chaos, exactly the point he had made years earlier at the Bilderberger meeting in Evian, France, May 21, 1991 when describing how the world could be manipulated into willingly embracing global government.
-
He said:
“Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government.” [3]
-
During his second inaugural address, U.S. President George W. Bush likewise envisioned the specter of a Babylonian-like One World Government.
-
With an almost religious tone he cited Masonic script, saying, “When our Founders declared a new order of the ages . . . they were acting on an ancient hope that is meant to be fulfilled.” [4]
-
New Age guru Benjamin Creme was clearer still on how the marriage of politics and religion would epitomize the New World Order when he said some years ago, “What is the plan? It includes the installation of a new world government and a new world religion under Maitreia” (Maitreia is a New Age “messiah”). [5]
-
Five-time United States Senator from Arizona and Republican Presidential nominee in 1964, Barry Goldwater likewise foresaw the union of politics and religion as a catalyst for global government.
-
In writing of the efforts of behind-the-scenes groups including international bankers to bring about a New World Order, he said it would occur through consolidating “the four centers of power—political, monetary, intellectual and ecclesiastical.”
-
As the managers and creators of the new (prophetic) system, this power elite would “rule the future” of mankind he believed. [6]
-
Add Sticky NoteSo concerned was Goldwater with the consolidation of government policy and religious creed that on September 16, 1981 he took the unique position of warning political preachers from the floor of the US Senate that he would “fight them every step of the way if they [tried] to dictate their [religious ideas] to all Americans in the name of conservatism.”
- Goldwater's warning to "political preachers" i.e. the Christian Conservative clergy... - on 2009-05-27
-
The increasing influence of the Religious Right on the Republican Party was bothersome to Goldwater in particular because of his libertarian views.
-
It should have concerned theologians as well, and I say this as a man often associated with the Religious Right.
-
Combining religious faith with politics as a legislative system of governance hearkens the formula upon which Antichrist will come to power (note how in the Book of Revelation chapter 13 the political figure of Antichrist derives ultranational dominance from the world’s religious faithful through the influence of an ecclesiastical leader known as the False Prophet).
-
Neither Jesus nor his disciples (who turned the world upside down through preaching the Gospel of Christ, the true “power of God” according to Paul) ever imagined the goal of changing the world through supplanting secular government with an authoritarian theocracy.
-
In fact, Jesus made it clear that his followers would not fight earthly authorities purely because His Kingdom was “not of this world” (John 18:36).
-
Add Sticky NoteWhile every modern citizen—religious and non-religious—has responsibility to lobby for moral good, combining the mission of the Church with political aspirations is not only unprecedented in New Testament theology—including the life of Christ and the pattern of the New Testament Church—but, as Goldwater may have feared, a tragic scheme concocted by sinister forces to defer the Church from its true power while enriching insincere bureaucrats, a disastrous fact that only now some are beginning to understand.
- The marriage of the Religious Right and the State - on 2009-05-27
-
Behind these scenes and beyond view of the world’s uninitiated members, the alchemy and rituals of the occult masters—Illuminatists, Masons, Bonesmen, Bilderbergers and Bohemians—have combined to harmonize so completely within recent U.S. foreign and domestic policies as to clearly point to a terrifying Sibyl’s conjure, a near future horizon upon which a leader of indescribable brutality will appear.
-
Although this false prince of peace will seem at first to hold unique answers to life’s most challenging questions, ultimately he will make the combined depravities of Antiochus Epiphenes, Hitler, Stalin, and Genghis Khan, all of whom were types of the Antichrist, look like child’s play.
-
He will raise his fist, “speaking great things.... in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven” (Rev. 13:5-6).
-
He will champion worship of the “old gods” and “cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed” (Rev. 13:15), and he will revive an ancient mystery religion that is “the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird” (Rev. 18:2).
-
Nevertheless . . . the world is readied . . . indeed hungry for . . . a political savior to arise now with a plan to deliver mankind from upheaval.

said...Tom you say the Beast will have the people worship "the gods of old" but i was wondering about the god of forces in Daniel 11:38. Throughout my own research i have come across the electric universe theory which states that everything from the micro to the macro is a manifestation of electrical energy. i think this is the perfect Beast religion to deceive the masses claiming the power that God uses to run his creation is God himself. The one the new agers seek to bring "balance to the force" i think will be seen to do exactly that, using this false system of worship until the abomination of desolation after which he turns on the force religion and destroys it.

said...Happy to help out Tom, you have done a lot for me with your research and its nice to give something back no matter how small. To further my last statement about the Beast religion that i think will use the electric universe model to link to Daniel 11:38 we must look at the Tao.
- Anonymous
-
The Eastern view of Tao is very similar to the electric universe model of an all encompassing energy force that is within all things.
-
I quote wikipedia on the subject.
"in religous Taoism, Tao is understood in terms of these constituents: Jing - corresponding to energy; Qi - or flow of energy; and Shen - or the spirit. The triad Qi Jing Shen constitutes the Tao of all that is and are represented as deities in the three pure ones." -
This could be what unites East and West under the banner of the Beast.
-
The scenario we could see is this...
After the Gog Magog war we have the rapture and the appearance of the Beast in the skies after the restrainer has been removed. This Cosmic Christ [the Antichrist, rember Anti = in his place] according to new agers along with the Mahdi [false prophet?] being personalities of Western religions will use the Eastern concept of the force/Tao as a substitute for God, uniting East and West under him with his one world religion.
They can claim due to genetic tampering from eons ago [Genesis 6:4]we need to be genetically manipulated to correct that, allowing the force of God to flow through us as it should do. This will allow humanity to ascend as the force flows through us fulfilling our destiny to "become as Gods". It was a lie back then and its a lie right now. -
The lucerferian endgame could be to tamper with the genes of man in such a way as to leave him unsavable with all the genetic "improvements" only serving Satans plan of creating an anti-God force to do battle at armageddon.
Well thats my 2 cents worth anyways. -

Last year I went back to my Christian roots and started reading the bible and these orbs and flashing triangles appeared in my bedroom, which I caught on tape..I know the illuminati use triangles as their symbols..and I know the signifigance of the pyramid...But I think their is something other meaning to the triangles..Whatever was appearing to me was banging in my walls at 3:00 in the morning every night for 4 months..
-
Everytime I commanded it to stop in the name of Jesus it stopped immediatly..it would again start up 5-10-20 minutes later and would continue until I said again the name of Jesus..It has stopped harrasing me but it lets me know it's still here..It's to long to go into details here..This has been really shocking to me to see it respond to Jesus's name..
BUT can you please look at my video and tell me what you think the meaning of this is? Can I send you the link? -

Laura was thirty-six, lived in Rochester, New York, and was employed by the Post Office when I interviewed her in 2007.
-
She related to me the details of a distinctly odd and unsettling series of occurrences that took place back in mid-1985.
-
On one particularly warm summer’s night, Laura said, three of her friends had come over to visit. Her parents were out of town, and so the girls planned to have an evening hanging out, playing music, and generally having a fun time.
-
At some point during the night, the discussion turned to horror-movies, ghosts, spooks and specters, and the four girls decided to experiment with an old Ouija Board.
-
As Laura admitted to me, none of them were seriously frightened by the board or the possible implications of what might transpire – in fact, they had no real idea at all how to even use the board, apart from “what we had seen in horror movies,” added Laura.
-
But, like teenagers everywhere, they found the idea of “playing with the Ouija Board while my mom and dad were out” to be great fun and immensely exciting.
-
However, what initially started out as nothing more than a bit of late-night joking around quickly changed into something far darker and much more disturbing.
-
Largely improvising, as a result of their lack of any real knowledge of how to use a Ouija Board, the four did their best: relying on familiar Hollywood imagery, they pulled a wine-glass from a kitchen-cupboard, placed the index-fingers of their right hands atop it, and were soon immersed in their planned bit of fun.
-
Questions about boys, when they would marry, and attempts to contact dead relatives followed – all to no avail, perhaps inevitably.
-
However, said Laura, something decidedly odd did occur: on two occasions, the electricity went off – which scared the living daylights out of the four friends. Not surprisingly, one might argue, taking into consideration their actions with the Ouija Board.
-
Laura explained further: “When that happened with the electricity, we all kind of looked at each other in a funny way and decided to stop.”
-
And even though nothing else of an untoward nature occurred that night, it was all too late, the damage was done, and a doorway was unwittingly, and ominously, opened.
-
For reasons that, Laura admits, to this day she cannot really explain nor understand, a feeling of fear and apprehension came over as the next day progressed, and afternoon became early evening – and after her friends had all returned to their respective homes.
-
Once again the electricity failed – around 6.00 p.m. – and the dark, foreboding feelings began to take an ever-stronger hold on Laura’s mind.
-
And so, after eating a hastily-made sandwich, she decided to retire to the comfort and (so she thought, at least) safety of her bedroom.
-
Later that night, however, Laura was woken from a deep sleep in the early hours, and heard what sounded very much like a loud, yet disturbing, animal-like “scream” emanating from the vicinity of a small, but densely-packed, area of woodland that was situated at the rear of the family home.
-
Cautiously, but curiously too, Laura got out of bed, went to the window, and peered out into the darkness and the shadows. Nothing out of the ordinary could be seen, and so she returned to her bed, and was soon asleep again – for a very short while, at least.
-
It was approximately 2.00 a.m. when Laura was jolted from her slumber by what she described to me as “the grossest smelling thing ever: like an old rotting cabbage.”
-
Laura put out her hand to turn on the lamp that sat on a small bedside table, when she was horrified and panic-stricken by the sight of a silhouetted, large, black, hairy figure that was partially eclipsed by the shadows in the darkened room.
-
Laura said the creature was “hunched over and had huge, long arms and big, white eyes.”
-
As I sat in my office and listened as Laura told her nightmarish tale, she added that at the very moment she tried to scream out loud she experienced a sudden feeling of paralysis: “I was sitting up, but couldn’t speak or move at all,” she recalled.
-
And worse was still to come: the hairy giant slowly moved in Laura’s direction, stooped down over her, and brought its face within eight or nine inches of hers.
-
The creature was, Laura explained to me, “just like Bigfoot: a big hairy thing that I couldn’t tell if it was a monkey or a hairy man.”
-
For barely several moments, the giant beast stared intently and deeply into her eyes, then slowly and carefully backed away, until the point came where its dark mass was almost indistinguishable from the shadows that dominated the room.
-
The strange form ultimately disappeared, Laura recalled: “like it had been sucked into the shadows.” Notably, Laura added that although the beast had certainly scared her out of her wits, she did not get the feeling that it was in any way directly hostile.
-
Instead, it was her opinion that the creature had appeared to warn her “not to get mixed up with ghosts and Ouija boards again.” Unsurprisingly, since that day Laura has not.
-
And the beast has never put in a repeat-performance.
-
Whether Laura’s weird experience was one based within literal reality or the result of a particularly bad nightmare, it still puzzles and worries her nearly a quarter of a century later.

Feline sightings spread to Pearl River

With the number of wild animal sightings being reported this spring, you'd think Rockland County was more untamed than a suburb.
-
This time, a large feline was spotted roughly 10 miles from three other sites people have claimed to see them.

<script language="JavaScript">OAS_AD('ArticleFlex_1');</script><script src="http://gannett.gcion.com/addyn/3.0/5111.1/133600/0/0/ADTECH;alias=ny-westchester.thejournalnews.com/sports/article.htm_ArticleFlex_1;cookie=info;loc=100;target=_blank;grp=109425;misc=1240455799423" language="javascript1.1" style="display: none;"></script>
Dennis Ryan of Pearl River said he was walking his Labrador retriever along Ehrhardt Road early yesterday when he saw what he described as a mountain lion under a streetlight.
-
"The animal was walking south. It crossed the road and went into the bushes, then came back out, stared at me and moved toward me, though it wasn't stalking me or going to attack," Ryan said. "I could see it was thinking about it, though. The animal never showed fear."
-
Its size and the tan color of its fur made him think it was a mountain lion.
-
"It was definitely not a bobcat. It was bigger than a German shepherd and longer," he said. "It had the typical mountain lion coloring."
-
The animal then slipped into the bushes near the Neighborhood Alliance Church, he said.
-
It wasn't the first time he'd seen one. Ryan said a smaller such feline appeared near Pearl River Middle School not long ago, and people on his mail route have seen them in Upper Nyack.
-
He didn't call police because the sighting occurred around 2 a.m., but Ryan did think twice about walking his dog at night.
"I walk my dog late at night," he said. "I'm not sure I'll do that again."
-
Ryan was the latest of a string of people who claim they've seen large felines in the county.
-
On Wednesday, two workers at Rockland Lake State Park said they saw a sizable, dark-colored animal that resembled a cat near the clubhouse at the north golf course. The animal spotted some deer and ran into the woods before police got there, according to reports.
-
This month and in mid-March, several others called police to report sightings of black, "panther-like" creatures in Palisades and Tallman Mountain State Park.
Pat Coleman, Clarkstown's animal control officer, said the sightings have people's imaginations running wild.
-
If panthers or mountain lions were prowling around Rockland, she said, there would be evidence in the form of animal carcasses or worse.
"It doesn't make sense," she said. "This has been going on for too long for something bad not to have happened."
-
Cameras that were planted in Tallman Mountain State Park have picked up only raccoons and coyotes, she said.
Coleman suggests snapping a picture of the animal with a camera phone or regular camera and showing it to police.
-
"There is no doubt in my mind that if people didn't hear 'panther,' they wouldn't think they were seeing panthers," she said. "People think they're seeing something, but is it reliable? I don't know."

Does Bigfoot roam the North Country?
-
Does a hulking, 7-foot-tall, ape-like creature roam the rugged mountains and forests of Northern New York and Vermont?
-
While the lake creature Champ remains the region's best known 'monster,' in recent years, two nationally televised documentaries — on the History and Discovery Channels — have featured entire segments on Bigfoot sightings in upstate New York and Vermont.
-
The most recent, "Monster Quest," in 2008, chronicled numerous sightings of a large, hairy, ape-like creature on both sides of Lake Champlain.
-
'CANNIBALISTIC MAN'
-
In the Pacific Northwest, there's Bigfoot or the legendary Sasquatch; in the Himalayas, there's the yeti or abominable snowman.
-
The Algonquin on the western shores of Lake Champlain told of seeing the windigo or "giant cannibalistic man" who, according to legend, roamed the countryside.
-
One modern-day Native American account of the windigo describes it as "a giant thing, swift "¦ and covered with hair, and has eyes like two pools of blood. And there's this smell, like rotting meat."
-
This description is similar to Bigfoot reports today.
-
The Iroquois have a similar oral history of flesh-eating stone giants who possessed powerful physiques.
-
Across the border in Quebec, the Algonquin-speaking Attikamekw called these creatures Kokotshe.
-
In his ship's log chronicling his voyage of discovery on the St. Lawrence River 1604, Champlain wrote how numerous Indian tribes in the region had told eerie stories of a giant, hairy man-beast that was known to the natives as "the Gougou."
-
Champlain wrote that so many of the tribes recounted such stories that he believed there must be some truth to the tales.
-
"And what makes me believe what they say, is the fact that all the savages in general fear it, and tell such strange stories of it."
-
In northern Vermont, Abenaki traditions tell of a huge, hairy, man-like creature known as the Forest Wanderer who would leave giant, human-like footprints behind.
-
In the 18th and early 19th centuries, many early Vermont settlers in Essex and Orleans counties told of encountering a mysterious bear that moved swiftly through the woods on two legs, always managing to elude capture.
-
Vermont historian Marion Daley describes this creature in her book, "History of Lemington," noting its ability to move about in a swift, ghost-like manner bordering on the supernatural.
-
A CLEVER RUSE?
-
More than 100 sightings in upstate New York state have been recorded.
-
In August of 1869, a "wild-man" scare took place at Sucker Brook near Ogdensburg. The creature was never found.
-
In 1883, the Plattsburgh Sentinel reported on the "great scare at Port Henry" involving a "wild man who scares women and frightens the children." Some witnesses said it appeared to be wearing "an overcoat."
-
Could this have been fur or hair that was mistaken for clothing by those trying to make sense of what they were seeing? Once again, the creature eluded search parties.
-
Another cluster of sightings occurred during autumn of 1921, when residents living near Malone organized hunting parties to track down a "wild man."
-
Most of the reports were centered near the hamlet of Skerry, 12 miles to the southwest.
-
A reporter for the Dunkirk Evening Observer described the tension in the area: "Women sleep ill o' nights, children are kept from school, or guarded by adults on their way there and back, lonely females cower behind locked doors and men wag their heads in gossip as they ponder over the puzzle of the wild man"¦"
-
Skeptical authorities in Franklin County considered the story unlikely, instead opting to believe that it was "a clever ruse effected by bootleggers to take advantage of the absence of officers," so they could more easily smuggle liquor across the Canadian border with ease.
-
'SCARY AS HELL'
-
In the summer of 1969, an ape-like creature was spotted near a cabin at the Pumphouse campsite at Long Lake. The encounter took place at about 11 p.m., as a small oil lantern illuminated the inside of the cabin.
-
One of the men reported afterwards that his wife told him she could see a raccoon staring at them through the window at the back of the cabin. Rolling over in bed, he glanced up and saw a large cone-shaped head and a dark face that appeared to be pushed in. Brownish fur encapsulated the face.
-
The next morning at a nearby stream, the couple found what appeared to be a heel print 8 inches wide.
-
Another sighting took place near Saranac Lake on a tranquil summer's evening in August of 1996.
-
Two men fishing in a boat on Pine Lake near dusk spotted what they took to be a black bear. Suddenly the "bear" stood up and walked off, leaving the men shaken. One of the witnesses said it stood 7 feet tall and had dark-brown hair.
-
"Its face was hairy yet fleshy around the upper cheeks. Its eyes were dark in color but clearly visible and had a brightness about them."
-
The creature stared at the pair for 10 seconds before tilting its head then darting into the woods with the agility of a cat.
-
Said one of the men: "The whole experience was very, very upsetting. Although I can honestly say it did not attempt to threaten us "¦ it was scary as hell. That night I did not sleep one wink."

Chautauqua National
Forest, New York
Seneca Nation Property -
Autumn 1994 -- Aggressive behavior? Or is it just a game to them?
- 27 more annotations...
-
-
It was late September
that I was visiting friends who lived at the edge of the Chautauqua
National forest. -
Chautauqua National Forest is probably not listed
on the New York forest registry because it is technically on Seneca
Nation Reservation Property. -
Locate Jamestown, New York on the map or Lillydale;
it would be the forests that border this property going to the north.
It is about an hour south of Buffalo. -
My friend and I
had gotten up early to hike one the nature trails that go though out
the park. This part of Western New York is about an hour south of Buffalo
and in between the Seneca Nation. -
The tourist season of the summer had
ended and it was not yet deer hunting season but the foliage was still
thick. My friend and I started on the trail early around 6:30 am in
the morning it was still dusk outside and sun was just beginning to
rise. -
After about 20 minutes into our hike we had come to what looked
like a marsh like environment with fallen trees and some open spaces. -
We had stopped to survey the area just looking around at how beautiful
the scenery was. I would like to say at this point that my friend who
is also a professional photographer wished he had brought his camera
(and in a few moments I wished he had as well.) -
As we stood there
we got the strange sense that we were being watched. -
I thought this
strange considering the remoteness of the area and how early it was. -
As I turned around to see what was behind us we heard a movement in
the bushes. At this point I thought it was a bear; Bigfoot had not entered
my mind at all. -
We both began to make allot of noise and talking loud
enough so that if it was a bear it would run off instead of charging.
After awhile we realized that it was not a bear or any other animal
because with all the noise we were making whatever was in the thickets
had not moved. -
At this point we thought it had to be a human but as
we neared the thickets about 50 feet from were we were standing we heard
a heavy breathing and saw through the thicket what appeared to be a
large dark form either laying down or squatting. -
My friend urged me to continue down the original trail
and back to where we had started. We were already deep into the woods
and had at least another good 20 minutes of brisk walking or running
if whatever was in the bushes decided to follow us. -
My friend became very
frightened and even at this point Bigfoot had not entered either of
our thoughts. -
As we started down
the trail whatever was in the bushed darted behind the nearest tree
and began to follow us. -
After a few minutes of this it became aggravating.
So my friend and I thought we would stop and hide behind the nearest
tree we could find to see what this 'thing' would do. -
As I peered out
from behind the side of this tree what I saw is something I will never forget.
When I stared at the tree and bushes that this 'thing' was hiding behind
(I will say not well) at what appeared to be the 6-foot level of a branch
was a dark hairy shoulder and part of a massive forearm. -
At this point
I knew exactly what I was looking at. It was a 7 foot tall Sasquatch
and with all of my nerve I tried to get my friend to see from my angle. -
When my friend moved over to my side to get a look this creature moved
just enough to see its torso and that was all my friend needed to see
and he took off. -
I was left standing their wondering if the reports
of these things chasing people were true. But all it did was stand there
waiting for me to make my move. -
This was the point I was scared the most.
I did not know what to do so I began to talk to it out loud and said " We are not here to hurt you, we are just moving though..." I said this in a calming voice despite the fact that my nerves were
as frayed as they could be. -
I started down the trail in a calm walking
gait and this Sasquatch kept right up with me about 75 feet behind me
always staying just out of my line of view. It stopped following me
about a half mile from the end of the trail. -
When I caught up with my
friend he was too shaken up to talk about it and has never mentioned
it again. -
I have been back to the area since this incident and my friend
will not go into the woods by himself and only with a great number of
people. -
I would like to add that their was no smell associated with
this sighting and no vocalization only heavy breathing and what sounded
like a low guttural ground and some form of what sounded to me to be
lip smacking. -
Several months latter I had read that in Jamestown N.Y.
there had been a sighting of a white Bigfoot that chased a group of
kids of a
bike path not far from where I had my sighting. -
Bobbie you
can use my story on your web site if you wish.
Thanks again,
Kenneth Joholske

-
-
I am compelled by the Holy Spirit to send out an urgent message to all on our mailing list, and to friends and to bishops we have met all over the world.

-
-
AN EARTH-SHATTERING CALAMITY IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN. IT IS GOING TO BE SO FRIGHTENING, WE ARE ALL GOING TO TREMBLE - EVEN THE GODLIEST AMONG US.
-
For ten years I have been warning about a thousand fires coming to New York City.
-
It will engulf the whole megaplex, including areas of New Jersey and Connecticut.
-
Major cities all across America will experience riots and blazing fires—such as we saw in Watts, Los Angeles, years ago.
-
There will be riots and fires in cities worldwide.
-
There will be looting—including Times Square, New York City.
-
What we are experiencing now is not a recession, not even a depression. We are under God’s wrath.
-
In Psalm 11 it is written,
“If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (v. 3). -
God is judging the raging sins of America and the nations. He is destroying the secular foundations.
-
The prophet Jeremiah pleaded with wicked Israel, “God is fashioning a calamity against you and devising a plan against you. Oh, turn back each of you from your evil way, and reform your ways and deeds. But they will say, It’s hopeless! For we are going to follow our own plans, and each of us will act according to the stubbornness of his evil heart” (Jeremiah 18:11-12).
-
In Psalm 11:6, David warns, “Upon the wicked he will rain snares (coals of fire)…fire…burning wind…will be the portion of their cup.” Why? David answered, “Because the Lord is righteous” (v. 7). This is a righteous judgment—just as in the judgments of Sodom and in Noah’s generation.
-
WHAT SHALL THE RIGHTEOUS DO? WHAT ABOUT GOD’S PEOPLE?
-
First, I give you a practical word I received for my own direction.
-
If possible lay in store a thirty-day supply of non-perishable food, toiletries and other essentials. In major cities, grocery stores are emptied in an hour at the sign of an impending disaster.
-
As for our spiritual reaction, we have but two options. This is outlined in Psalm 11. We “flee like a bird to a mountain.” Or, as David says, “He fixed his eyes on the Lord on his throne in heaven—his eyes beholding, his eyelids testing the sons of men” (v. 4). “In the Lord I take refuge” (v. 1).
-
I will say to my soul: No need to run...no need to hide. This is God’s righteous work. I will behold our Lord on his throne, with his eye of tender, loving kindness watching over every step I take—trusting that he will deliver his people even through floods, fires, calamities, tests, trials of all kinds.
-
Note: I do not know when these things will come to pass, but I know it is not far off.
-
I have unburdened my soul to you. Do with the message as you choose.
God bless and keep you,
In Christ,
DAVID WILKERSON

Given what I'm about to present, I beg anyone in a position of authority to explain to me why that is the case?
-
Let me be absolutely clear. Make no mistake that I'm not trying to open more wounds or to prolong anyone's suffering here. Quite the contrary actually. Everyone is in shock and trying to deal with all of this is surely unbearable for some. Plus, this community has answered the call, and when the news first broke that there had been a catastrophe in our own backyard, several individuals and organizations (too many to name here) mobilized to offer their prayers, support, and help in any way that they could.
-
Furthermore, to be fair, many local media types covering this event (like WBEN News Radio 930 AM and The Buffalo News) have done an exceptional job keeping the public informed on up-to-the-minute news related to this nightmare.
-
However, despite all of those honorable efforts, the simple fact of the matter is that the families and friends of the victims (as well as the good Samaritans of Buffalo, NY) deserve the God's honest truth about what happened here
-
Again, it's the kind of pursuit of the truth that crash victims Beverly Eckert and Alison Des Forges would've identified with and approved of.
-
That's why I have a serious problem with the fact that no one in the media seems to want to ask the difficult questions anymore. Isn't that the job of the watchdog press? Aren't they supposed to explore any and all possibilities en route to reporting the truth?
-
If so, then can someone please tell me how someone who blogs for fun and out of a sense of purpose (someone like me) can uncover things that those who get paid to do this for a living can't!?!
-
It's maddening and frustrating, but at the same time simply more proof that we're in the prophesied end times and that deception rules the day while the masses seem content with buying the "official explanation" hook, line, and sinker. Let me explain.
-
Look, I realize this tragedy just happened less than a week ago, and that investigators are still recovering remains and wreckage at the crash site as I write this. Even so, that shouldn't keep anyone from pointing out some inexplicable inconsistencies with the "official" story as it stands today.
-
I may not be an "expert" per se, but it doesn't take a rocket science to possess common sense or to be able to discern the truth from the cold, hard facts surrounding this story that may have a connection.
-
Before I offer up my own findings on the matter I should probably reiterate for first time visitors to this site that, no, I don't think that everything's a "conspiracy" per se. Despite the nature of my writings here in recent days and weeks, I don't believe for a second that there was a conspiracy by some powerful group to bring this plane down no matter who it was on that flight.
-
This was a tragedy in every sense of the word, but I'm beginning to wonder if this could've been avoided.
-
What I do believe is that for some strange reason reporters are ignoring a MAJOR PIECES of this puzzle as investigators say they are still trying to determine what it was that brought down this plane and killed everyone on board just a few short miles from the airport.
-
The biggest piece of them all that places an enormous question mark over this entire case is the fact that the FAA issued the following advisory early on Friday 2/13 (just 1 day after the crash!):
-
"FDC 9/5774 FDC...SPECIAL NOTICE...EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. AIRCRAFT ARE ADVISED THAT A POTENTIAL HAZARD MAY OCCUR DUE TO REENTRY OF SATELLITE DEBRIS INTO THE EARTHS ATMOSPHERE. FURTHER NOTAMS WILL BE ISSUED IF MORE INFORMATION BECOMES AVAILABLE. IN THE INTEREST OF FLIGHT SAFETY, IT IS CRITICAL THAT ALL PILOTS/FLIGHT CREW MEMBERS REPORT ANY OBSERVED FALLING SPACE DEBRIS TO THE APPROPRIATE ATC FACILITY TO INCLUDE POSITION, ALTITUDE, TIME, AND DIRECTION OF DEBRIS OBSERVED. FAA HEADQUARTERS, AIR TRAFFIC SYSTEMS OPERATIONS SECURITY"
-
When the FAA puts out something like the above Notice to Airmen (NOTAM), there is reason to take the situation seriously.
-
This debris is due to the recent collision in space between a dead Russian satellite and an Iridium communications satellite. At last count there were around 600 pieces floating around up there! The collision occurred on February 10, 2009 - - just two days before this plane crash.
-
What's that? You didn't hear about this other big story from this past week? I'm not surprised. After all, we need to remember it's the "lame"-stream media we're talking about here.
-
The same media that's simply a carbon copy of the other no matter which station you watch and/or listen to for your important news. Sure, they mentioned it as a matter of public record and then abandoned the story because I guess it wasn't "sexy" enough even though this event is much bigger than most people realize.
-
Have a look at what you missed:
"A commercial Iridium communications satellite collided with a Russian satellite or satellite fragment, on Tuesday, creating a cloud of wreckage in low-Earth orbit, according to CBS News. A source quoted in the article said U.S. Space Command is tracking about 280 pieces of debris, most of it from a non-operational Russian satellite. It appears the International Space Station is not currently threatened by the debris, but it's not yet clear whether the debris poses a risk to any other satellites in similar orbits." -
The collision last week involving an active U.S. commercial Iridium satellite and an inactive Russian Cosmos 2251 satellite in low Earth orbit has, if nothing else, raised public awareness of the growing problem of space debris.
-
But how and why did this collision happen? That's a subject for an entirely separate post.
-
What's important is that we have the government agency responsible for keeping the airline industry, its employees and customers, and the skies above the country safe, issuing a formal advisory that warns pilots and their crew to be on the look out and take extra caution from the debris they expected to re-enter the atmosphere and cause a threat without burning up instead.
-
How is it that not a single reporter covering this story can think to ask if the two could be related or chase this lead!?! It's certainly appropriate isn't it? Again, here's the direct link to the government website that catalogs the FAA advisory I referenced. This isn't just mere speculation since men and women much smarter than me at the FAA felt it was worth issuing a formal advisory to their pilots and crews.
-
Complicating matters are what could be other related reports from the state of Kentucky. In fact, the National Weather Service (NOAA) issued a Public Information Statement for Jackson, KY on Friday 2/13 (again, the day after this plane crash!) that said:
"...POSSIBLE SATELLITE DEBRIS FALLING ACROSS THE REGION...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JACKSON HAS RECEIVED CALLS THIS EVENING FROM THE PUBLIC CONCERNING POSSIBLE EXPLOSIONS AND/OR EARTHQUAKES ACROSS THE AREA. THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION HAS REPORTED TO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT THAT THESE EVENTS ARE BEING CAUSED BY FALLING SATELLITE DEBRIS. THESE PIECES OF DEBRIS HAVE BEEN CAUSING SONIC BOOMS...RESULTING IN THE VIBRATIONS BEING FELT BY SOME RESIDENTS...AS WELL AS FLASHES OF LIGHT ACROSS THE SKY. THE CLOUD OF DEBRIS IS LIKELY THE RESULT OF THE RECENT IN ORBIT COLLISION OF TWO SATELLITES ON TUESDAY...FEBRUARY 10TH WHEN KOSMOS 2251 CRASHED INTO IRIDIUM 33." -
This article from a CBS affiliate WKYT in Kentucky titled "Loud Boom Rocks Southern Kentucky" confirms all of this too.
-
Again, I'm no expert, but in regards to the NOTAM advisories, shouldn't they have simply grounded all flights temporarily? I mean, how does an aircraft dodge a piece of falling space junk?
-
Most likely they would never see it coming! I know we're in a economic crisis, but if there's a threat to the safety of American travelers the public needed to know the risks.
-
Besides, the threat had to be significant enough to warrant that type of policy response because the same CBS affiliate in Kentucky also ran a story titled "Space Debris Causes Alarm In Kentucky" in which they report that the debris could've covered a 500 mile area in North America! A similar report was given with eyewitness testimony in Tennessee on Friday (the day after this plane crash).
-
Not enough to warrant further explanation at the request of the press covering this story?
-
How about this news from Canada that:
"A man-made piece of the sky almost fell on Alberta Friday morning. NORAD called the federal government warning space debris from a Russian rocket appeared to be headed for the Calgary area. And a spokesperson for the Alberta Government says they were about to activate the Emergency Response Centre to warn affected areas. But the government suddenly received word the rocket debris had changed course, falling instead into the Atlantic Ocean." -
Here we are Monday morning 2/16 and I read about similar stories in the state of Texas with the headline "Debris Falling In Texas Possibly From Satellites." Possibly? Ok, sure.
-
This time there also seems to be some MAJOR DIFFERENCES in the report when compared to the others from previous days that are similar.
-
For instance, the article says that the FAA issued a warning to all pilots on Saturday 2/14. Well, I guess we should be happy that they're at least admitting that an official advisory to watch for falling debris was issued. But why change the date? The evidence CLEARLY shows that it was originally made on Friday not Saturday.
-
So, the obvious question (at least it's obvious to me) is why hasn't this come up in ANY OF THE MAINSTREAM NEWS ARTICLES on the story of this crash?
-
It's plausible to logically assume that it could've been a piece of debris that caused this plane crash simply due to the sheer magnitude of the debris created by this unprecedented cosmic event. Scientists are already saying that many of these thousands of pieces will be in orbit for decades or even centuries to come, and that we may soon have a need to build a space garbage retrieval system for them.
-

Another unsettling fact that still has yet to be explained to us adequately is that investigators are now saying that the plane DID NOT nosedive into the home as originally thought: -
"The turboprop, flying through light snow and mist, crashed belly first into the house, with the aircraft's nose pointed away from the airport. Investigators did not offer an explanation, but the orientation raised the possibility that the pilot was fighting an icy airplane. Possible explanations are that the aircraft was spinning or flipped upon impact. According to the flight data recorder, the plane's safety systems warned the pilot that the aircraft was perilously close to losing lift and plummeting from the sky. Moments before the crash, a 'stick shaker' and 'stick pusher' mechanism had activated to warn the pilot that the plane was about to lose aerodynamic lift, a condition called a stall. When the 'stick pusher' engaged, it would have pointed the nose of the plane toward the ground to try to increase lift."
-
To review, the turboprop, flying through light snow and mist, CRASHED BELLY FIRST into the house. In other words, it was flying along without any problems or signs of distress and then - - almost as if someone flipped a switch - - the power went completely out (think about a car stalling) and the plane just dropped to the ground and crashed into the house belly first.
-
Oh yeah, one other fact from investigators that I failed to mention is that BEFORE the plan suddenly stopped dead in its tracks and dropped from the sky hitting the house belly first is that it first did a complete one hundred and eighty degree rotation since investigators are also telling us that the aircraft's nose was pointed away from the airport.
-
Ok, let me see if I understand this correctly. The "official" story as it stands today (a mere 4 days after the crash) even though the recovery, cleanup, and investigation continues is that "severe ice build-up on the airplane wings" caused the plane (during it's final approach to the airport) to rotate one hundred and eighty degrees (so that the nose was now pointed away from the airport!), and that at that precise moment the plane completely lost all power that it stalled and performed a free fall that caused it to land on the house belly first (because otherwise basic laws of physics would've dictated that if it gradually lost power the momentum would've carried it on an arc-like trajectory would it not?). I mean, man, that's some ice! Admittedly, I'm not a pilot and I don't know anyone who is so perhaps those who have insider knowledge on this subject can set me straight and confirm that ice build-up is a serious concern, and that it could conceivably cause a plane to react like this under the right conditions. Someone please tell me I'm crazy and that I have this all wrong! How can I be the only person asking these questions or thinking things through like this!?!
-
Oh, but wait! There's more! The above explanation of "severe ice build-up on the airplane wings" causing it to severely rotate, pitch, and roll was first offered Saturday 2/14 in the late evening hours. By Sunday 2/15 in the afternoon, a new thread emerged:
"The commuter plane that crashed near Buffalo was on autopilot when it went down in icy weather, indicating that the pilot may have violated federal safety recommendations and the airline's own policy for flying in such conditions, a federal official said Sunday. Steve Chealander, a National Transportation Safety Board member, said the company that operated the flight recommends pilots fly manually in icy conditions. Pilots are required to do so in severe ice. The preliminary investigation indicates the autopilot was still on when the plane crashed, he said. That has not been confirmed by information from the plane's flight data recorder." -
So, while the "official" story continues to change by the day - - as you'd expect in a case like this - - I still have to question why there hasn't been a single mention of these other important facts as being possibly connected to all of this. It's a logical assumption given the cold, hard facts.
-
That's what disturbs me the most - - that these families may never know the truth of what took their loved ones from them so suddenly. All I want is for the truth to be heard even if investigators rule that falling debris had absolutely nothing to do with the crash. At least acknowledge the existence of the FAA NOTAM Advisory, and don't insult our intelligence or ability to handle the truth.
-
Look, it's definitely possible that it really was "severe ice build-up" that caused this crash, and that it had absolutely nothing to do with the debris from space at all - - period. That's fine. How will we ever know though unless someone - - anyone - - brings it up as a serious topic for discussion?
-
Deception, deception, deception! Welcome to the prophesied end times.
-
At this point, it's clearly too early to know for sure what caused this crash. Investigators say it may even take a full year for them to put all the pieces together. Fine. But for the sake of decency, and in honor of the memory of those who lost their lives and what they stood for, don't leave what could be a crucial piece of the puzzle out of the investigation when it should've been the very first thing looked at and ruled out.
While we wait for the truth to emerge I ask that you please say a prayer for everyone whose life has been affected by this horrible tragedy. -
***UPDATE 2/17/09 : FAA Says Texas Fireball Was Meteor, Not A UFO : Curious headline. As if the existence of UFOs are already a known, documented fact. Shouldn't we naturally assume that it wasn't a UFO because we're told they don't exist, and yet this headline is telling us that it is one of two things, but that a UFO it wasn't. Bizarre. They seriously ruled out that it might be more of this falling debris from the satellite collission? That was quick!***

Is there a Bigfoot haunting the Adirondacks? In 1976, in the upstate New York town of Whitehall, several police officers reported strange encounters with a mysterious human-like man, beast or demon. It was described as a large monster, creature, seven to eight feet tall, walking like a gorilla hunched over and "making a sound like a woman screaming or pig squealling. 30 years have passed since the Abair Road encounters and the reports are coming in. Examine the evidence of wildman encounters all over the globe. CryptidHunt will join with researcher Paul Bartholomew and eyewitnesses into the area where witnesses claimed to have seen the creature.
