- One day after the Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao snubbed President Obama at the United Nation's Copenhagen Climate Summit, the Chinese warned the United States that China's ability to continue buying U.S. Treasury debt was limited.
- Zhu Min, the deputy governor of the People's Republic of China, told the Shanghai Daily that it is getting harder for the People's Bank of China to buy U.S. Treasuries because the shrinking U.S. current account is reducing the supplies overseas.
- This was dire news for the Obama administration that in 2010 and for the foreseeable future will be dependent on China to buy U.S. Treasury debt in order to fund the trillion-dollar federal budget deficits projected over the next decade.
- The Shanghai Daily reported that Zhu told an academic audience that it was inevitable the value of the dollar would fall in value given the increasing reliance of the Obama administration on issuing U.S. Treasury debt to finance deficit spending.
- "The United States cannot force foreign governments to increase their holdings of Treasuries," Zhu said. "Double the holdings? It is definitely impossible."
- Zhu's warning was clear.
  
  "The world does not have so much money to buy more U.S. Treasuries," he said.
- China's warnings portend that the Obama administration's determination to expand the U.S. social welfare state will necessarily meet a limit when foreign nations lack the U.S. dollar foreign exchange reserves needed to purchase increasing amounts of U.S. Treasury debt.
- Zhu's comments were a warning to the Obama administration that China does not approve of the large and continuing deficits the U.S. is projecting into the future.
- The current account is a measure of a country's current surplus or deficit in international trade, plus international borrowing and lending, plus transfer payments such as foreign aid.
- The largest component in a nation's current account is typically the balance of trade account.
- Specifically Zhu Min was referencing the diminishing magnitude of the continuing U.S. balance of trade with China brought on by reduced demand for consumer goods in the United States.
- According to the U.S. Census Bureau, foreign trade division, the U.S. balance of trade with China for the last decade is as follows:
- By comparison, in 1990, the U.S. negative balance of trade with China was only $10,431,000; in 1985, the U.S. negative balance of trade with China was only $6,000,000.
- This year may end up being the first year in over a decade where the U.S. negative balance of trade with China has been smaller than the negative balance of trade in the previous year.
- Thus, while China's foreign exchange reserves have gained dramatically over time, reaching a current level of $2.3 trillion at the end of September – the largest amount of foreign exchange reserves any nation has ever accumulated in the history of international trade – the rate at which China is accumulating foreign exchange reserves has slowed,
- reflecting a reduction in the United States' purchasing of goods from China during the current global economic downturn.
- According to the U.S. Treasury, China is the largest holder of U.S. Treasury debt, amounting to $798.9 billion in October 2009, with Japan second on the list at $746.5 billion.

  are playing with a constitutional meltdown and it is not just because
  Obama was most likely born in another country.
- It is because the Federal
  Government has no constitutional right to mandate health care on the
  America people.
- Though the drama queens continue to fight, negotiate,
  and argue, most of them in the House and Senate want a Government option
  of some kind that forces health care on all Americans.
- Some of these
  wanna be politicians want heavy fines including prison time if you don’t
  do what they demand with their rationed health care program. We think
  we have overcrowded prisons now?
- Harry
  Reid is saying there will be a vote by Christmas Eve.
- Pelosi boldly
  announced there would be no vote before Christmas and I’m certain
  President Obama has called the psychic hot line to try and figure out
  what he should say in his state of the Union speech.
- You know, the speech
  read on a teleprompter that outlines Obamas legacy and accomplishments
  his first year.
  
  I
  can write it for him
- He
  should be proud. There is certainly much to talk about.
- He got the Nobel
  Peace prize.
- He is in the bold company of other heroic recipients such
  as Al Gore and Yasser Arafat.
- Obama must have been given the prise for
  giving 900 million to Hamas and saying Amidinajad had the right to go
  nuclear.
- Obama
  has also shown us amazing humility and great breeding in that he knows
  how to say sorry.
- I lost count as to how many times he has apologized
  for America abroad to numerous, international governing bodies.
- How can I forget…..he is also sorry we are a Christian
  nation and tells the world we are not.
- Back
  to thinking about his speech
- He
  should be proud to have spear headed a bunch of lying morons in the
  science and political world who falsified global warming data, manipulated
  and destroyed it…..then were hacked into and caught with their
  hot little pants down.
- Here our President is in Copenhagen talking about
  the world melt down when the whole world now knows beyond doubt that
  it is a total hoax and criminal fraud.
- Perhaps he should rush home and force cap and trade through. Maybe Obama
  could have Al Gore open up before his state of the Union talk.
- The
  other big chunk of Obama’s legacy he wanted signed, no doubt before
  his big speech, is Government health care.
- Don’t you just love
  the lies when he declared this week the US will go bankrupt if this
  health bill doesn’t pass.
- This country might go bankrupt alright
  but mainly because he and this congress are spending us into bankruptcy.
- I’m
  wondering if this health albatross gets signed into existence if part
  of Obama’s legacy won’t be that he shredded the US constitution
  and bill of rights!
- The truth of the matter is our Government will cause
  a fire storm of law suits, clear up to the Supreme court if they seduce
  themselves into thinking they or the President have the right to order
  everyone on health care……or else.
- Even the Congressional
  Budget Office who was asked how a mandate should be treated for
  budgetary purposes said:
  
  “A
  mandate requiring all individuals to purchase health insurance would
  be an unprecedented form of federal action. The government has never
  required people to buy any good or service as a condition of lawful
  residence in the United States.”
- Jay
  Sekulow, chief council for American Center
  for Law & Justice says that an….”individual mandate’
  will trigger many legal challenges that ultimately will come before
  the Supreme Court. The ultimate question that the high court will have
  to face: can Congress regulate a person simply for existing –
  absent some other activity?”
- Obama wants a forced federal, unconstitutional
  health care bill that would threaten people and send them to prison
  if they didn’t comply.
- Let’s
  try and wrap up this legacy so far:
- He wants abortions paid in this bill by
  all people, with Doctors/hospitals forced to give them.
- He wants our
  seniors made to sit through end of life counseling sessions, rationing
  and long lines.
- I guess this must be a reward for their faithful service
  to our country.
- He
  also desperately wants the Cap
  and Trade/global warming bill signed to create the other huge vehicle
  of national control. That would be control of our businesses, accounts,
  lives and freedoms.
- Just
  what is our President going to say with his State of the Union speech?
- Fortunately he doesn’t have to think or speak on his feet since
  he will be reading from the Obama teleprompter, no doubt a speech written
  by one or more of his communistic czars.
- Is
  there anything of achievement I have forgotten?
- Be generous during the
  Christmas season Laurie………..oh yes, Obama thinks the
  Star Spangled banner is too violent sounding and would prefer “I’d
  like to teach the world to sing.”

  said last February that it was OK with them to produce a new currency
  to replace the dollar?
- None other than serial tax evader, our U.S. Treasury
  Secretary Timothy Geithner
- and the guy that held his nose when the corporations
  to big to fail began receiving government bailouts, Federal Reserve
  chief, Ben Bernanke.
- In a speech to the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce
  on February 6, 2007 Bernanke warned that rising income inequality in
  the U.S. “has been evident for at least three decades, if not
  longer.” [1]
- Gee, I wonder what caused that?
- Could it be the Federal
  Reserve printing money out of thin air causing inflation and the income
  disparity?
- And why did the Obama administration fail to invite the National
  Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) and the Chambers to the
  “Jobs Summit” table held early in December?
- National Black
  Chamber of Commerce president, Harry Alford, a guest on Glenn Beck on
  12/9 told how unions with big government jobs that pay prevailing wages
  (40% higher than non-government jobs) discriminate by ignoring minorities
  for these jobs but instead they bring in workers from 60-70 miles away.

  he didn’t say it, it is common knowledge among union members that
  they will be reimbursed for food and lodging.
- And then we learn there
  is a Federal Prison Industry that is giving 160 prisoners the “green”
  jobs in one city where 80 other people destined for those jobs were
  laid off.
- It seems governments at all levels are producing the most
  jobs and have the most job security.
- The Chamber used to appease the United Nations regional administrative
  government leaders and now the chamber seems to be unwelcome. Those
  who say Appease, Appease are
  hung by those they tried to please.
- Our
  Congress has become obsolete.
- Former Georgia Governor and Congressman
  Zell Miller in his book, A National Party No More says Washington lawmakers
  have replaced dogs as best friends in favor of Special Interest Groups
  and campaign consultants.
- He says the politicians are regularly petted
  and fed and they wag their tails and do tricks – the favorite
  one being “Beg,” but “Lie Down,” “Stay.”
  “Speak” and “Roll Over” are also favorites.
- The Special Interest Groups have to keep their pets obedient and performing
  in order to distort issues they must keep alive in perpetuity in order
  to make their jobs seem necessary.
- Our dictator’s Executive Decrees
  and his czars in charge of all these unconstitutional U.N. administrative
  governmental agencies are in positions to regulate us to death at random
  and they now seem to be running our country.
- Our
  votes are for cosmetic purposes only.
- I’m
  reminded we’ve been taught the Civil War was fought to free the
  slaves but an ulterior motive of centralized government in Washington,
  D.C. was overlooked in our history books.
- Our Founding Fathers clearly
  understood that only a citizenry educated in morality and willingly
  bound by the self-forced chains of virtue can remain free of the chains
  of tyranny.
- Radio host Rush Limbaugh would ask, “How is Obama’s
  Hoax and Chains working for us?”
- Current centralized government
  with no checks and balances is returning us to slavery.
- And for all
  those “birther”debunkers, on June 27, 2004, the East African
  Standard Newspaper featured a headline that said: KENYAN-BORN OBAMA
  ALL SET FOR U.S. SENATE. Obama, at the time, would have said, “Only
  the president has to be a natural born citizen.”
- The
  February 26, 1968 Dan Smoot Report says prior to the inauguration of
  Democrat Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1933, the American dollar was fully
  redeemable.
- Anyone could take paper money to a bank and exchange it
  for gold (in coins or bars) at the official rate of $20.67 an ounce.
  (Current value of gold is approximately $1200 an ounce).
- Shortly after
  taking office, Roosevelt, by Executive Decree, forbade the use of gold
  as currency, forcing Americans to sell their gold to the government,
  for paper money what could no longer be redeemed.
- On January 30, 1934,
  Congress passed Roosevelt’s Gold Reserve Act, officially abolishing
  our standard gold dollar, prohibiting further gold coinage, and forbidding
  Americans to use gold as currency and making it impossible for them
  to redeem paper dollars in gold.
- Christopher
  Weber in his 1988 book “…Good as Gold”? How We Lost
  Our Gold Reserves and Destroyed the Dollar, said in 1950, U.S. depositories
  held more gold than had ever been assembled in one place.
- Throughout
  the 1950s and ‘60s, the U.S. government exchanged one ounce of
  gold for $35 – despite the fact that more dollars were being printed
  than our gold reserves warranted.
- Then
  in 1971 Republican Richard Nixon closed the gold window by breaking
  the U.S. treaty commitment to redeem the dollar for gold internationally
  and in so doing he removed all constraints on the Federal Reserve’s
  ability to inflate and the government’s ability to pile up endless
  debts.
- On August 15, 1971, the U.S. defaulted on its promise to pay
  gold for dollars. It finally admitted that all the U.S. dollars in existence
  could not be exchanged for gold at $35 an ounce. There were just too
  many dollars and too little gold.
- This realization came too late, for
  by then 400 million ounces of gold – two-thirds of the nation’s
  reserves- were gone and seriously damaged our economy.
- At the same time
  Nixon also imposed price and wage controls and we’ve seen prices
  go up more than 350% since that day.
- (I still have in my possession
  silver certificates from the 60s that were once redeemable in silver
  that is now at approximately $18 an ounce)
- And Nixon, an enthusiastic
  supporter of the New World Order” signed Executive Order 11647
  on 2/10/1972 entered into the Federal Register on 2/12 that divided
  the U.S. into 10 regions, a step towards that New World Order (One world
  government).
- He staffed each of these ten Federal Regional Headquarters
  with the grant-making agencies of the Federal Government with the authority
  of allocating so-called Revenue Sharing “free” government
  money to local units of the government who would jump threw hoops for
  these freebies;
- however, how could the federal government give these
  “Grants” when the Feds have been bankrupt for a long, long
  time?
- Dam
  Smoot writes the day following January 30, 1934, Roosevelt devalued
  the paper dollar (the only time this has been done in American history)
  by declaring the price of gold to be $35 an ounce.
- This gave the government
  a windfall “profit” of $2.8 billion, and cheapened the people’s
  money by 41%.
- Roosevelt had forced the people to sell at $20.67 an ounce.
  He then raised an ounce of gold to $35 by the simple act of saying the
  Treasury would pay that much for gold.
- Though it prevented Americans
  from redeeming paper dollars in gold, the Gold Reserve Act of 1934 provided
  foreign governments and central banking system could sell their paper
  money to the U.S. Treasury for gold.
- Most
  of the monetary gold reserve was stored at Ft. Knox and it was at that
  point we began to see our gold reserves depleted.
- And speaking about
  “windfall profits,” the certifiable nincompoop who currently
  holds the position two steps away from the White House, Democrat House
  Speaker Nancy Pelosi in April 2009 was proposing a windfall tax on retirement
  income.
- In
  the book “The Secret World of Money” by Andrew Gause, he
  was asked, “What would happen if the U.S. went into default on
  the interest payments on our national debt now totaling about $11 trillion
  but which doesn’t take into consideration all the promised future
  entitlements which now could easily be over $100 trillion.
- Perhaps at
  this time we should compare this disaster with what so many people who
  spent themselves into debt and have long been just one paycheck away
  from bankruptcy are now facing.
- Their homes are what the industry calls
  “under water” meaning the equity in their homes has been
  borrowed to the hilt and then the housing market began to deteriorate
  and they now find themselves with a mortgage payment they can’t
  meet due to loss of a job and they owe more than their home is worth.
- As a nation, are we in a similar predicament as these homeowners?
- Are
  their days numbered before they must face the shame of the bankruptcy
  court and attorney’s fees because they tried to keep up with the
  Joneses who may also have been “under water” and drowning
  in debt?
- The bank will foreclose
  on the homes of these common folks who faithfully paid their taxes and
  the bank will try to salvage as much as they can from the home if they
  can sell it.
- American
  is Insolvent.
- But
  then there is the privileged class.
- In March 2001 the TV news reported
  5% of the House of Representatives, 4% of the U.S. Senate, 4.8% in the
  Republican President George W. Bush’s cabinet, 1.7% of I.R.S.
  employees were delinquent and tax
  evaders.
- While there are a “few good men and/or women”
  who serve us in Washington, D.C., face it you common folks, the elitists
  in Washington, D.C. do not give a darn about you.
- These greedy, totally
  incompetent lickspittles are the problem – not the solution.
- On
  October 12, 2009, Bloomberg News Service reported the U.S. dollar had
  reached the breaking point because central banks were snubbing the dollar
  and replacing it with euros and yen.
- So what if the U.S. goes bankrupt?
  Will that mean the end to our sovereignty? Will that mean our personal
  real estate being held as collateral will soon be owned by China?
- Did
  the Red Chinese flag that was raised over Washington, D.C. in September
  2009 to commemorate the anniversary of the communist takeover of China
  by Chairman Mao sixty years ago send a message that “we win, you
  lose?”
- Did
  your paper like mine recently report in section Z a couple paragraphs
  about how North Korea revalued its currency known as “won,”
  at an exchange rate between old and new notes of 100 to 1? Does this
  mean if the North Koreans had $100 “won,” they would now
  have “one won?” The currency reform understandably sparked
  panic among its citizens.
- Is
  that coming to America? Are we heading for a universal currency or a
  cashless society?
- Some became concerned about the 666 System from Revelation
  when scanners were installed in stores but soon we went back to sleep
  and it became common place from President Jimmy Carter’s new Secret
  Security Force patches that had “666” on them to the U.S.
  Treasury Department, Internal Revenue Service Alcohol Tobacco and firearms
  badges using “666.”
- Some with medical problems had computer
  chips placed in their bodies for easy scanning by medical personnel.
  Others put chips in their dogs in case they got lost. Young people began
  to jump on the tattoo fad.
- These
  may be the best of times and the worst of times depending upon a person’s
  relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
- Other United Nations Regional
  administrative government agencies make the rules and they can do anything
  they wish.
- Our Constitution is no longer applicable. It’s “outmoded!”
  It won’t protect us. If we think the violence is bad now, we “ain’t”
  seen nothing yet should the Lord tarry.

- Why the White House and Democrats' plans to expand the Office of Personnel Management should scare all Americans.
- The Obama administration seeks to empower a very powerful government agency you have probably never heard of with new and expanded powers that will have a direct consequence on every American if they are successful in their efforts to implement national health care reforms.
- The Obama White House is also drunk with power and is seeking to expand the powers of government agencies to oversee and act out to affect Americans in ways that this country has never seen before.
- What is the Office of Personnel and Management and why should you care?
- The Office of Personnel Management, (OPM), is suppose to be an independent government agency that is charged with managing the civil service system of the federal government.
- If you are a federal employee then civil service laws, rules and regulations that are managed by OPM govern you.
- One of the main charges of OPM is to administer and oversee federal health care provided to all federal employees.
- The Director of OPM is appointed directly by the president and confirmed by the Democratically controlled Senate.
- The current director of OPM is a fellow by the name of John Berry who, before becoming OPM director this past year, was director of the Smithsonian’s National Zoo. -- You cannot make this stuff up.
- Under the Democrats' national health care scheme not only would OPM be charged with overseeing and administering federal employees health care but they will have the added charge of administering civilian federal health care as well.
- What does that mean? Basically, that Americans will be treated as “civil servants.” Are you starting to see the danger?
- The more government seeks to control our lives the more Orwellian it gets
- This “big brother” mentality that "government knows best" and that it is their mission to provide cradle to grave “care” of its citizens will doom America as we know it.
- Under such a system the individual becomes meaningless and the state becomes the entity upon which we are all forced to rely.
- Most recently OPM made news when the Obama administration sought to use it as a tool upon which to consolidate power.
- Under orders from the White House, it is being reported that OPM is on a mission to rid the executive branch bureaucracy of Bush-era personnel who are no longer political appointees and who have lawfully become civil servants.
- It is not uncommon for some presidential political appointees to have the opportunity to become civil servants within the federal bureaucracy when they meet all the criteria for a federal civil service job.--
- Ordinarily, a political appointee serves "at the pleasure of the president" who originally appointed that person to a particular position. When the president’s term is up their job is up as well. But, when a political appointee becomes a civil servant they are considered full- time government employees and are subject to the rules and regulations governing all other federal employees.
- Civil service jobs are seen a non-political jobs and are not based on appointment. They are based on merit. Their employment continues until they retire, quit, or are removed from their position for cause.
- It should never be permissible to remove a civil servant based solely on their political affiliation.
- The Obama administration has now ordered a purging of Republicans from federal government civil service.
- The Office of Federal Personnel Management, (OPM), has become the “henchman” of the Obama administration.
- Following orders they have issued new rules -- going back five years --wherein every employee hired, who previously had been a political appointee, will be terminated regardless of cause or poor performance.
- It is clear what the intent of the Obama administration is by looking at the following statement made by John Berry the Director of OPM:
  
  Beginning January 1, 2010, agencies must seek prior approval from OPM before they can appoint a current or recent political appointee to a competitive or non-political excepted service position at any level under the provisions of title 5, United States Code. OPM will review these proposed appointments to ensure they comply with merit system principles and applicable civil service laws. I have delegated decision-making authority over these matters to career Senior Executives at OPM to avoid any hint of political influence.
- The memorandum specifically applies this change to all political appointees hired in the past 5 years and effectively works to freeze them out of their current jobs or make their lives so miserable by denying promotions, that they will quit before they are forced out.
- It is outrageous that the Obama administration would politicize what is supposed to be a independent government agency and would become so vindictive and cold in their exercise of raw political power that they would take steps to eliminate people from their legitimate government employment, based solely on their political pedigree and not their job performance.
- I served in the White House during the presidency of George W. Bush. When he took office, we knew that a fair amount of Clinton appointees were making the transition from political appointment positions to civil service positions and nothing was done to “root them out”. They were entitled to remain in their positions and were held to the same standard of job performance as any other civil service employee.
- There is nothing worse than abuse of government power. It erodes the very fabric of our laws and respect for government institutions.
  - I am no "Obama Moon Bat" but I must state the Republicans under Bush, Jr did their part as well in eroding "the very fabric of our laws" with a goodly number of their policies, actions, laws and proposed laws. - on 2009-12-16

- For an incoming administration to make a "witch hunt" one of its top priorities and to attempt to fire civil servants who they believe are Republican “sympathizers” is something you might have expected in the former Soviet Union or from the KGB. But it's not something we expected to see in the United States led by the White House.
- The expanded “portfolio” of OPM should worry all Americans.
- This little known agency will make the IRS look down right friendly if the Obama administration is successful in expanding their duties, powers and responsibilities.

  Hitler, you might read James and Suzanne Pool’s Who Financed
  Hitler: The Secret Funding of Hitler’s Rise to Power 1919-1933.
- Before
  WWII, John J. McCloy was an attorney for IG Farben (German chemical
  company), and as the war ended McCloy helped many Nazis avoid prosecution.
- For example, the infamous Klaus Barbie and others reportedly were sent
  to the 370th Counter Intelligence Corps at Oberammergau where Private
  Henry Kissinger (McCloy’s protégé) was located.
- In
  Part 2 of this series, I mentioned Nazi General Reinhard von Gehlen
  who was Hitler’s chief intelligence officer. With the war’s
  end, the Gehlen Organization (GO) began working for the U.S., with Allen
  Dulles’ CIA giving the GO hundreds of millions of dollars.
- In
  turn, Gehlen helped Dulles (operating out of Bern, Switzerland) to overthrow
  the elected Mossadegh government in Iran in 1953.
- Gehlen’s
  chief man and successor in the U.S. was SS officer Otto Albrecht von
  Bolschawing, who in 1969 worked for TCI which had classified Defense
  Department contracts.
- Nazi spy George de Mohrenschildt was also in the
  U.S. after WWII. He was a member of the “White Russian”
  (anti-Communist) community and befriended Lee Harvey Oswald, the assassin
  of President John F. Kennedy.
- De Mohrenschildt was found shot in 1977
  on the day a U.S. House Select Committee on Assassinations investigator
  was to see him. Attorney Mark Lane in Plausible Denial asserts
  that de Mohrenschildt was a CIA contract agent.
- Whenever
  I write about a secret Nazi plan for a coming World Socialist Government,
  there will be those who say that’s a lot of conspiracy nonsense.
  However, one should remember a couple of things pertaining to this.
- First, the government lies to us. In this regard, note the last sentence
  of the first paragraph in the 1971 letter (link
  here) from California Assemblyman E. Richard Barnes to President
  Nixon.
- Secondly,
  it’s not paranoia to say the government has been monitoring me,
  because I witnessed it when I was in the federal government.
- I had thought
  the government was monitoring my phone calls, so one day I didn’t
  hang up when the other party did. Then I stayed silently on the phone
  for several minutes, determined to outwait my monitors. Finally, two
  voices came on the line – one saying “I guess he hanged
  up” and the other jokingly agreeing with him!
- In
  Part 3 of this series, I mentioned that Reich Propaganda Minister
  Joseph Goebbels in 1940 said that in the future “people will no
  longer think in terms of countries… [but rather] in terms of continents.”
- Relevant to this, Reuters on November 4, 2009 reported Czech president
  Vaclav Klaus finally reluctantly signed the Lisbon Treaty creating “a
  new, full-time president of the EU and foreign minister”
- and internal
  changes to the EU’s system of lawmaking which will “mean
  individual countries will have a harder time blocking EU legislation.”
- Klaus explained that “the Czech Republic will cease to be a sovereign
  state” after the treaty goes into effect on December 1, 2009.
- Continents
  like Europe with the EU then will be economically and politically merged
  and managed by a World Socialist Government.
- Relevant to that, Howard
  Fineman in Newsweek (October 19, 2009) authored “President of
  Planet Earth,” in which he wrote: “Obama isn’t going
  to be sworn in as planetary president. But it doesn’t matter;
  in his mind, he already is.”
- Concerning global economics, Fineman
  noted that “we cannot revive our economy… without the coordination
  that world leaders talked about at the G20 in Pittsburgh.”
- This
  “coordination” will become “management” of the
  global economy by a World Socialist Government.
- The
  next step in this plan is the first “test” global currency,
  which is the result of a United Future World Currency initiative that
  began in 1996 in Italy by Sandro Sassoli.
- It was based upon advice by
  CFR member Arthur Schlesinger, Jr., who had written in Partisan
  Review (May-June 1947): “There seems to be no inherent obstacle
  to the gradual advance of socialism in the United States through a series
  of New Deals…. The transition must be piecemeal….”
- Years, later, Schlesinger wrote in the CFR’s Foreign Affairs
  (July-August 1995): “We are not going to achieve a new world order
  without paying for it in blood as well as in words and money.”
- The
  Royal Mint of Belgium was the first to issue a test coin for the new
  currency, which will be given a final name and symbol via a competition
  by children in 1000 schools throughout the world.
- Don’t be surprised
  if the name and symbol just happen to be the ones (“The Phoenix”)
  to which I have referred many times, and which can be seen on the cover
  of The Economist for January 9, 1988.
- To
  show you how long this plan has been operational, reflect upon the fact
  that The Economist said “The Phoenix” was planned
  for 2018.
- And in “The demise of the dollar” (The Independent,
  October 6, 2009), Robert Fisk wrote: “In the most profound change
  in recent Middle East history, Gulf Arabs are planning – along
  with China, Russia, Japan and France – to end dollar dealings
  for oil, moving instead to a basket of currencies including the Japanese
  yen and Chinese yuan, the euro, gold and a new, unified currency planned
  for nations in the Gulf Co-operation Council, including Saudi Arabia,
  Abu Dhabi, Kuwait and Qatar.
- Secret meetings have already been held
  by finance ministers and central bank governors in Russia, China, Japan
  and Brazil to work on the scheme, which will mean that oil will no longer
  be priced in dollars….
- Chinese financial sources believe President
  Barack Obama is too busy fixing the U.S. economy to concentrate on the
  extraordinary implications of the transition from the dollar in nine
  years’ time. The current deadline for the currency transition
  is 2018.”
- Thus,
  the demise of the dollar as an international exchange currency is imminent.
- In “China alarmed by U.S. money printing” (The Telegraph,
  September 6, 2009), a top Chinese Communist Party member, Cheng Siwei,
  warned: “If they [the U.S.] keep printing money to buy bonds it
  will lead to inflation, and after a year or two the dollar will fall
  hard.
- Most of our foreign reserves are in U.S. bonds and this is very
  difficult to change, so we will diversify incremental resources into
  euros, yen, and other currencies.”
- Siwei also was quoted as saying,
  “Greenspan went wrong from 2000-2004 [because] he thought everything
  was all right because inflation was low, but assets absorbed the liquidity.”
- And referring to the U.S. constantly borrowing and going into debt to
  China and others, Siwei quoted Ben Franklin: “He who goes borrowing,
  goes sorrowing.”
- Yes,
  there really has been a PE plan to bring about a World Socialist Government.
  And yes, there really has been a secret Nazi plan scheduled for fulfillment
  today which was part of the larger PE plan.
- One can even see how people
  today have already accepted certain aspects of the Nazi mentality.
- For
  example, on November 5, 1996 The New York Times published a
  front-page article titled “Ban on Medical Experiments Without
  Consent is Relaxed” by Gina Kolata, which begins:
- “For the
  first time in half a century, new Federal regulations allow investigators
  to enroll patients in some medical research studies without their consent….
  Even the most ardent supporters of the new regulations say they understand
  the seriousness of what they have done.
- They have repealed a principle
  that dates back to the Nuremberg Trials of Nazi doctors after WWII.”
- The Nuremberg Code stated, “The voluntary consent of the human
  subject is essential.”
- Unfortunately,
  many people don’t read today, but they will watch a movie. So,
  I sent the information regarding the secret Nazi plan to Chloe Dan with
  Steven Speilberg, but received a reply “we are returning your
  material herewith unread.”
- At least I tried to prevent the coming
  death of tens of millions of people.
- Lastly,
  if you want some indication that the Nazi movement, which was thought
  to be dead, is still alive via a secret plan, reflect upon the possible
  meaning of Revelation 17, which refers to “the beast that was,
  and is not, and yet is.”

  The current push toward National Socialism in the U.S. is via healthcare,
- but one should remember Ronald Reagan’s 1961 warning: “One
  of the traditional methods of imposing statism or socialism on a people
  has been by way of medicine.
- It is very easy to disguise a medical program
  as a humanitarian project. Most people are less reluctant to oppose
  anything that suggests medical care for people who can’t possibly
  afford it.”]
- It’s
  useful at this point to show how the secret Nazi plan within the larger
  Power Elite’s (PE) plan came about over time.
- In my NewsWithViews
  column “What Is the Role
  of Iran: Part 3,” I referred to Herbert Samuel of the Milner
  Group (executing Cecil Rhodes’ secret plan) appointing Hajj Amin
  al-Husseini as political administrator of Arab Palestine.
- Al-Husseini
  was a close ally of Nazi Germany, and in 1936 he met Swiss Nazi supporter
  Francois Genoud. They met again in 1941 in Berlin where al-Husseini
  helped form the Muslim SS-brigade in Bosnia.
- Also
  in 1941, Genoud met Nazi SS officer Paul Dickopf (mentioned earlier
  in this series) with Abwehr (German intelligence), who went underground
  in 1942 and stayed with Genoud in Lausanne, Switzerland.
- Although a
  German agent, Dickopf started working for the U.S. via Allen Dulles’
  OSS office in Bern, Switzerland.
- For 15 years (and during the 1930s),
  Dulles had been a director of the Schroeder Bank in New York, and according
  to Prof. Carroll Quigley “the Schroeder Bank in Cologne helped
  arrange Hitler’s accession to power as chancellor in January 1933.”
- After WWII, Dickopf rose quickly through the ranks of the Federal Police
  of West Germany and became head of the BKA (like the American FBI) in
  1965, bringing many former Nazi agents with him.
- He became head of Interpol
  in 1968 until 1972, which was the year Nazi Kurt Waldheim became UN
  Secretary-General until 1982.
- In
  1953, CIA director Allen Dulles (Council on Foreign Relations president
  1946-1950) funded the overthrow of the elected Mossadegh government
  in Iran.
- In Zurich in 1951 an organization called the New European Order
  had been formed and would be led by Swiss Nazi Gaston-Armand Amaudruz.
- Several hundred Nazis were in Egypt in the 1950s, and in 1958 Genoud
  founded the Arab Commercial Bank (ACB).
- Hitler’s Reichsminister
  of Finance Hjalmar Schacht (mentioned in Part
  4 of this series) helped set up the ACB and at one of its meetings
  proclaimed: “Germany can conquer the world without waging war.”
  Of course, that was the purpose of the secret Nazi plan.
- Swiss officials
  believed Genoud also founded the Lugano-based al-Taqwa Bank, reputedly
  a funding conduit for al-Qaeda and Hamas until 2002 when the bank was
  closed.
- Much of the above information came from Christoph Fringeli’s
  January 28, 2009 Internet posting on Francois Genoud, and Fringeli’s
  main source was Karl Laske’s 1996 book Ein Leben zwischen
  Hitler und Carlos: Francois Genoud.
- As
  I’ve written before, the ultimate goal of the PE is a World Socialist
  Government, and in that regard many conditioning devices have been developed.
- I’ve written previous columns about conditioning via music and
  remember, regarding the popular song “If I Had A Hammer,”
  that the famous Fabian Socialist window shows a hammer striking the
  world upon an anvil with the slogan “Remould it nearer to the
  hearts desire.”
- Also remember that the artist Bertold Brecht commented
  that “Art is not a mirror held up to reality, but a hammer with
  which to shape it.”
- And concerning conditioning via television
  and movies, reflect upon the fact that Dr. David Hubel (mentioned by
  New Ager Marilyn Ferguson in her The Aquarian Conspiracy) has
  described his research regarding the brain and vision, and how a line
  projected on a screen and tilted a certain way can cause the firing
  of a particular brain cell. Hubel then related this knowledge to a newborn
  child’s learning process.
- Relevant
  to the PE’s ultimate goal, Lord Christopher Monckton (former science
  advisor to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher) on October 14,
  2009 at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota warned that signing
  the new climate change treaty in Copenhagen in early December will impose
  a “world government.”
- And that the Obama administration
  has Socialist leanings in terms of government can be inferred from National
  Economic Council director Larry Summers’ White House blog referring
  extensively and positively to John Maynard Keynes, a leading Socialist
  of the 20th century
- (see online Wall
  Street Journal article by Phil Izzo, September 22, 2009).
- The
  self-proclaimed “world citizen” President Obama was awarded
  the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009 on October 9, in part because the Nobel
  Committee said “his diplomacy is founded in the concept that those
  who are to lead the world must do so on the basis of values and attitudes
  that are shared by the majority of the world’s population.”
- Concerning this, one might reflect upon the fact that the majority of
  the world’s population lives in Socialist countries.
- One
  might also reflect upon the fact that in his April 5, 2009 speech in
  Prague, Czech Republic, President Obama used the phrase “we could
  reach the point where the center cannot hold.”
- Regarding this,
  note that in William Butler Yeats’ “The Second Coming”
  (January 1919) one reads that,
  
  “Things
  fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
  
  Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world;
  
  …Surely some revelation is at hand;
  
  Surely the Second Coming is at hand….”
- In
  his speech in the Czech Republic, President Obama also said “the
  United States will take concrete steps towards a world without nuclear
  weapons.” What this would mean is that the world would return
  to the bloodbaths resulting from conventional wars prior to nuclear
  weapons.
- China with its huge conventional army, for example, would no
  longer be deterred militarily from conducting warfare.

  As of now, this phenomenon has no logical explanation–although news is trickling in that it might be a Russian missile gone awry. Hmm.

- Certainly, its coincidental appearance just one day prior to Obama’s arrival in Oslo, Norway to pick up his ‘peace’ prize isn’t missed by the MSM. Today’s Huffington Post makes the connection. We’re wondering if Benjamin Creme will proclaim this as Maitreya’s ’star sign’.
- Also, make note of the DATE when the ’sign’ appeared. December 8–the day when many Catholics celebrate ‘the Feast of the Immaculate Conception’, the day when Mary was supposedly conceived ‘without sin’ (a doctrine that has no Biblical basis).
- The ‘Marian’ imagery continues when you compare the spiral image over Norway with the painting to the right.
- Notice how Crivelli included a curious ‘UFO’ type image that is beaming something into Mary’s head?
- With Obama in Oslo and most of the world’s leaders in nearby Copenhagen, such a ‘miraculous’ sign in the sky demands our attention.
- CERN has restarted, and television shows like ‘Flash Forward’ hint at dimensional portals opening during LHC events.

- The popular series ‘V’ features a miraculous sky appearing, seen by the entire world.
- ‘War of the Worlds’ with Tom Cruise presents lightning flashes that beam to the earth with alien pilots riding the light to earth.

- Has Obama just been crowned? Perhaps, perhaps not. If you read the text of his acceptance speech, he deftly calls warfare a method of peacemaking:

- Members of
  all branches of the United States Military will soon be facing a
  most critical decision.
- The European Union Times is reporting here
  that Obama is using the deployment of additional troops to Afghanistan
  to cover for the movement of some 200,000 troops, presently on duty
  in countries other than Iraq and Afghanistan, to USNORTHCOM to prepare
  for the "expected outbreak of Civil War within the United States
  before the end of winter."
- It would appear
  those who call themselves "public servants" believe the
  people they supposedly serve have become dissatisfied with their
  job performance and will resort to some form of civil disobedience,
  which will necessitate military intervention.
- According to the article,
  Obama believes the reason for this civil unrest to be an expected
  "implosion" of this country’s financial systems.
- Should
  these events occur, members of the military would be forced to decide
  whether they would support their government, which gave hundreds
  of billions to government cronies in the financial sector, or their
  country.
- A prudent man
  would speculate if the government so fears coming civil unrest,
  will they move to seize firearms throughout the country and use
  these military forces along with law enforcement to do so?
- I believe
  the answer can be found in the events surrounding the aftermath
  of Hurricane Katrina.
- Government forces there not only seized firearms
  from private citizens but also relocated many citizens against their
  will.
- Millions of
  Americans have prayed for the safety of the military as they fight
  the government’s wars all over the planet.
- What will their actions be when the US military
  becomes that enemy? Will the military willingly participate in such
  acts? Such are questions the future holds.
- The government
  has spent decades defining those who oppose its unlawful exploits
  as enemies of the state.
- Those who can or will not differentiate
  between the government and the country have fallen hook, line and
  sinker for this demonization of those who demand the government
  operate within the constraints of the Constitution and moral law.
- Most of those who blindly support the illegal actions of the government
  have been bought and paid for with the taxes of those who actually
  produce something.
- Unfortunately, primary among those bought-and-paid-for
  entities are law enforcement and the military.
- Both political
  parties have conducted this demonization of true Patriots.
- While
  the democrats have been traditionally anti-gun and liberty, the
  republicans bought into the program with the fascist Patriot Act
  and the illegal, unconstitutional War on Terror.
- The two dominant
  political parties in this country are two wings of the same vulture:
  blatant in-your-face socialism.
- There are no answers to our problems
  to be found in either political party.
- Many on the
  right have bought into the ideas expressed by leaders of the military
  that all who oppose the state and its illegal agenda should be treated
  no differently than the "insurgents" the military has
  been facing in Iraq and Afghanistan.
- Nowhere is that better illustrated
  than here
  where a law enforcement publication is advocating military tactics
  promoted by General David Petraeus be used against those whom the
  state defines as its enemies.
- don’t forget the Department of Homeland Security
  has defined millions of patriotic Americans and veterans as possible
  domestic terrorists in its report sent to LE agencies on April 7^th
  of 2009.
- While the article in Guns
  and Weapons for Law Enforcement speaks specifically of gangs
  and drug activity,
- If you wonder if you fit the definition of possible domestic
  terrorist, you should check
  here.
- If the European
  Union Times report is correct and Obama is moving to strengthen
  USNORTHCOM with anywhere near the numbers mentioned, indicates the
  fedgov fears its own citizens much more than it fears al Qaeda.
- Either the government is anticipating a total financial breakdown,
  there are plans to confiscate firearms, a new false flag event is
  in the works, or any combination of the three.
- Either way, they
  plan on this event occurring before spring of 2010.
- On the minds
  of many Americans and politicians is exactly how will the military
  and law enforcement react if told to confiscate firearms or move
  American
  citizens to FEMA camps.
- Consideration
  must be given to the militarization of law enforcement entities
  in this country over the past few decades and our gradual decline
  into a police state, thanks to the bogus War on Terror.
- That being
  said, some police blogs such
  as this one indicate not all law enforcement personnel are on
  board with these illegal and corrupt practices.
- When considering
  possible actions of military personnel one must be aware of the
  felons
  and gang members who became part of the military when recruiters
  were falling short of their goals.
- Nothing could be better for a
  felon or a gang-banger than to actually be ordered to commit crimes
  with impunity.
- At some point in time, any true American serving
  in the military will be forced to ask themselves exactly what and
  whom they are defending and exactly what became of the "home
  of the free?"
- What will be
  the reaction of the soldier from Colorado who is confiscating guns
  and placing so-called domestic terrorists in detention camps in
  Ohio when he gets word other soldiers are doing the same to his
  family and friends back home?
- Who will soldiers and law enforcement
  officers side with when push comes to shove: the government who
  has given over a trillion dollars to their cronies in the financial
  industry, failed to provide their brother/sister veterans competent
  medical care, denied disability
  benefits, denied compensation
  for treatment as prisoners of war, placed single
  parents in confinement and taken their children, or their family
  and friends who have lost their jobs and are seeing their homes
  and farms foreclosed by the same bankers
  who received huge bonuses from the bailout money?
- If military
  and law enforcement personnel begin to side with the citizens, will
  the fedgov call in United Nations forces to subdue those who cherish
  personal freedom and will fight to retain it?
- Regardless
  of which series of events occur, Americans will be the losers. Brace
  yourselves and prepare, this is going to get real ugly.

- WARNING: This editorial includes discussion of topics that are sexually graphic. Under usual circumstances, we would never entertain these subjects or the rancid language involved. - It was revealed this week that Mr. Jennings was involved in promoting a reading list for children 13 years old or older that made the most explicit sex between children and adults seem normal and acceptable.
- This brought up anew Mr. Jennings' past controversies, such as his seeming encouragement of sex between one of his high school students and a much older man as well as his praise for Harry Hay, a notorious supporter of the North American Man Boy Love Association.
- There are shocking new revelations this week of tape recordings from a youth conference involving 14-year-old students.
- But there is more.
- The conference, billed as a forum to encourage tolerance of homosexuality, was sponsored by Mr. Jennings' organization and was held at Tufts University in March 2000.
- Mr. Jennings was executive director of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) from its founding in 1995 until August 2008.
- The conference sessions appear to have had less to do with promoting tolerance and more to do with teaching children how to engage in sex.
- Describing the subject matter as smut would be putting it lightly.
- Andrew Breitbart's Biggovernment.com provides tapes of some of the sessions.
- The conference discussions were very graphic and cannot be relayed in full detail in a family newspaper.
- A few examples are sufficient to describe the depravity of the subject matter.
- During one session about oral sex, a presenter asked the 14-year-old students: "Spit or swallow? Is it rude?"
- In another session, the 14-year-olds are taught about a gross practice called "fisting," in which "the man leading the discussion position[ed] his hand and show[ed] 14-year-olds how to insert their entire hand into the rectum of their sex partner."
- Unfortunately, it is part of a consistent pattern by some homosexual activists to promote underage homosexuality while pretending that their mission is simply to promote tolerance for so-called alternative lifestyles.

When the EPA published its “Endangerment Finding” on greenhouse gases and proposed rule, back in April, almost every paragraph of the text (Federal Register, April 24, 2009, pp 18886-18910) cited as authority the IPCC’s 2007 Report, which the Agency acknowledges it “relies on most heavily”.
- And whence came the main input on climate change to that report?
- Yes, that’s right! You’ve got it: from Phil Jones, Michael Mann and the rest of the lads at the CRU, East Anglia.

- Rookie Democratic congressmen are reportedly afraid that Obama will stubbornly press ahead with his unpopular plans for Health Reform, even if they, his unwilling Kamikazes, get voted out of office in 2010 as a result.
- As a dedicated Obama watcher, I for one am not surprised by this development.
- In fact, I am now betting even money that our president is not particularly concerned about his own re-election in 2012,
- and that he will enact as many of his programs in health reform, energy conservation, arms reduction and income redistribution as he can before his current term expires, and then try for higher goals.
- My hunch is that he is already getting restless in his present job, and that he seeks a promotion to an even greater status.
- My sensitivities, sharpened by years of Obama watching, take note of the following pieces of evidence, and have gone to Condition Red:
- Until recently he was routinely charged with throwing outworn sponsors, including his old mentor the Rev. Wright, “under the bus.”
- Obama’s seeming restlessness is a matter of record.
- And as a Chicago politician, he used wealthy, influential backers (mainly women), discarding them as better prospects hove into view.
- Just four years ago he was a backbencher in the Illinois legislature, but since then he has served a partial term in the U.S. Senate, where he spent most of his tenure campaigning for the next giant step in his upward mobility, to the Oval Office.
- He has never in any office run for re-election, but has instead used any current position as a boost platform for his next installation.
- Observers of his presidency have been puzzled by the continuing pattern: Obama is still in campaign mode, spending a good deal of time giving major policy speeches, not only in the states, but around the globe.
- “What office is he running for now?” One can ask.
- Tackling that question, we note that Obama is an enormously ambitious, audacious man, and – as his gritty record in Chicago politics demonstrates –
- an enormously competitive and at times ruthless one.
- Coupled with his formidable intelligence, plus the evident grandiosity revealed most blatantly in his victory speech after winning the Democratic nomination,
- we glimpse a personality constellation that we have known before, notably in Alexander the Great and Napoleon Bonaparte: that of the would-be world conqueror.
- If this is indeed Obama’s fantasy, then it is shared by a sizeable portion of the world’s population:
- a poll taken in Sept. ’09 by the BBC indicated , at that time, that a large proportion of the global sample favored Obama as world president;
- and my Google search of “Obama, world President,” turns up more than120, 000,000 posts.
- So here is my answer to questions concerning Obama’s electoral ambitions: he aims to fill an as yet unformed position, that of World President, and
- – as in the past – he uses his current presidency as a launching pad toward that more grandiose goal.

  I didn't trust Art Bell and i don't trust George Noory, in my opinion both are tools to marginalize politically inconvenient information (like 911 truth AND UFO disclosure). Alex is the real deal, though he doesn't touch the more esoteric stuff like UFO's and government black ops since official documentation for these programs are much harder to come by. It's hard for me to even listen to George i trust him so little, hopefully i'm wrong, but i doubt it.

  (R-SC) passed with an 87-11 Senate vote that seemingly ended an
  attempt to implement the so-called "Fairness Doctrine."

  government-imposed speech codes.
- Although the doctrine would not
  have likely survived Constitutional scrutiny, radio hosts and
  listeners alike thought a major bullet was dodged.
- So, are all threats averted? Perhaps not. There may be
  another plan afoot to silence dissent.
- Instead of having the government decide which program
  merited "the other side" of the argument, what if there was a
  plan to shut down the free component of talk radio and broadcast
  TV?
- More than 150 bureaucrats at the Federal Communications
  Commission are in the final stages of planning how to deliver
  broadband Internet to the estimated 3-6 million people who do not
  have access.
- A formal plan will be unveiled in early 2010 but one
  proposal being discussed is deeply alarming as it threatens First
  Amendment freedoms.
- The FCC is contemplating the notion that some or all of the
  electromagnetic spectrum occupied by radio and TV broadcasters is
  the perfect real estate to launch a national wireless broadband
  service.

- During last year's national
  election we discovered how easily voters can be duped. Internet,
  blogs, news sites, and telebroadcasts can move public opinion. It
  can be a friend to a candidate or it can be an ankle twister
  depending on its content.
- Elimination or tethering the
  Conservative's voice is most desirable from the liberal view,
  particularly when it can be done in a "legal" fashion by
  Congress.
- Do not kid yourself, most of what Congress does is not
  found in the Constitution.
- This is inplausible to those with an
  acute understanding of our Republic, but an unkown to the average
  person on the street.
- Freedom of the press, association, peaceful
  assembly are corner stones of our Constitution, but there are
  those in government and in the ignorant public who believe that
  document to be outdated. They are at war with its concepts and
  will not rest until absolute control of every facet of life is
  achieved.

- Another thought: Let us Patriots decide among ourselves that our
  "meet and discuss" sites will be our respective County Courthouse
  lawns...say the first and third Saturdays of each month, (with
  empty hands for goodness sake), If we are knocked offline. Carry

  If the Left’s plan to take over the airwaves is further along
  that a dirty gleam in the eyes of government hacks scheming to
  pull it off, then we are going to see something happen in this
  country we have never seen before. Not a liberal takeover of the
  media, but something close to an across the board political
  upheaval that will put dems out of power for a generation. Are
  moderate democrats paying close attention?

  I am not a cyber geek nor , really big into blogging but--I will
  say this about Obama: He has to be watched. His record in dealing
  with opposition is not exactly stellar. To the contrary--

A former British policeman is using his Scotland Yard training to help the
Birthers, a group of conspiracy theorists, in trying to unseat President
Barack Obama.

- Neil Sankey, who has almost 20 years experience serving in Special Branch and
  the Bomb Squad, is now devoting his energies to proving that Mr Obama is not
  a natural born US citizen.
- He joined the Birthers after meeting Orly Taitz, one of the leaders of the
  group, which disputes Mr Obama’s claim that he was born in Hawaii.
- Over the past year, Mr Sankey has been integral in some of the most aggressive
  efforts to remove him from office by claiming that his presidency is
  illegitimate.
- He tried to block Obama's inauguration last year by contacting all 538
  electoral college representatives who formally elect the president.
- Mr Sankey has also carried out an investigation into Mr Obama's personal
  identification history which he claims shows a suspicious number of social
  security numbers
- He has refuted allegations that his attempts are racially motivated, claiming
  that he disagrees with Mr Obama’s politics and is convinced that he is not
  genuine.
- Mr Sankey, who moved to California in the 1980s to set up his own private
  detective agency, told the Guardian: “The objection is not Obama's colour
  but his politics.
- “I like him as a person, I just wish he was genuine.
- “It's quite obvious to me — America is heading towards a socialised state just
  as has happened in Europe. Socialised medicine, everyone on the dole, and
  when everything collapses you tip the scales into Marxism."
- Mr Sankey joined Hampshire Police in 1961 before being seconded as a detective
  sergeant to Scotland Yard.
- During the 1970s he tracked left wing political
  groups and the IRA.
- He became a naturalised American in 1985.
- He believes that his British police training is proving crucial to the work he
  is now pursuing for the Birthers
- He said he uses the same techniques he
  employed to analyse the IRA's associations, to trace Mr Obama’s past.
- Taitz added: “He has had superb training. I have the greatest respect for
  Scotland Yard.”
- Most recently, Mr Sankey carried out a search of databases that he claims
  produced 140 different identification numbers and addresses for "Barack
  Obama".
- He admits the findings prove nothing — there is nothing to link
  the entries to the president — but he believes it raises further doubts that
  need investigating.
- He told the Guardian that his fascination with Mr Obama’s heritage began with
  the realisation "that this man wasn't what he said he was. He wasn't an
  ordinary Democrat — he was far more extreme than that."
- During the 2008 US presidential election, rumours began to circulate on the
  internet that Barack Obama had not been born in the US, and was therefore
  not eligible for the presidency.
- Mr Obama's campaign rebutted the claims, publishing his birth certificate
  proving that he was born in Hawaii, however, conspiracy theorists have
  dismissed it as a forgery.
- Doubters believe that Mr Obama was born in Kenya and that he cannot be
  president because the US constitution states that "no person except a
  natural born citizen... shall be eligible to the office of President".
- A number of lawsuits have been filed by people who question Mr Obama's
  eligibility, including Taitz, but all of them have been dismissed at the
  earliest stages.

Religious leaders vow civil disobedience on anti-life issues

- Archbishop Wuerl, who attended the news conference, said it was a "joy" to welcome the religious leaders at the news conference and emphasized that their task "is to change human hearts. That is how society is changed."
- Philadelphia Cardinal Justin Rigali, one of the signers, said people's consciences must be formed first.
- "The institution of marriage is at risk of being redefined at its very essence," he said. "Justice demands that we not remain silent in face of these threats."
- However, he twice dodged a reporter's question about whether it would be a mortal sin for a politician to vote for a national health care bill that obligates taxpayers to pay for abortions.
- Several speakers said the document was moral, not political, in nature and that the bulk of it defines three core issues: life, marriage and religious liberty.
- "This is truly a matter of the heart," said the Rev. Robert Sirico, founder of the Michigan-based Acton Institute. "To portray it as something other is to mischaracterize our intentions."
- But the Rev. Barry W. Lynn, executive director of Washington-based Americans United for Separation of Church and State, said the document was very political.
- "I am optimistic that the people in the pews will not heed their leaders' misguided call to action," he said
- "Polls show that most churchgoers do not want to see their faith politicized. But I am also well aware that religious leaders have vast lobbying power that cannot be ignored."
- The document does portray a gloomy picture of the current political situation, citing the "pro-abortion ideology [that] prevails today in our government."
- It adds, "The present administration is led and staffed by those who want to make abortions legal at any stage of fetal development and who want to provide abortions at taxpayer expense. Majorities in both houses [of Congress] hold pro-abortion views."
- The first 148 signatures include Southern Baptists, Anglicans, the Orthodox Church of America (OCA), members of Reformed, evangelical, Hispanic Protestant, Church of God in Christ, Antiochian Orthodox and Evangelical Free Church traditions plus the executives of numerous parachurch ministries.
- There were only a handful of Presbyterians, United Methodists and Pentecostals, and no apparent signatories from Seventh-day Adventist, Messianic Jewish and Episcopal churches.
