All our retail staff take the Wine and Spirit Education Trust’s (WSET) Advanced Certificate after about six months in the Company. We encourage them to further their wine knowledge and 140 either hold or are studying for the WSET Diploma in 2007. We were delighted that five of our team received scholarship at the WSET Awards of Excellence, and particular congratulations go to Claire Dawson, one of our store managers, who won the highest accolade – the Vintner's Cup, awarded annually to the top graduate.
