Das ist nur ein Beispiel von vielen. Wer auf seinem Social(!)-Media-Angebot die Interaktion der Nutzer zugunsten von ein paar zusätzlichen Seitenzugriffen erschwert, sollte dabei nie eins aus den Augen lassen: die damit verbundenen strategischen Opportunitätskosten. Vielleicht sind sie höher als man glaubt.
