Reilly Hayes, Ridgecrest Financial Founder & President



Mr. Hayes's career spans 25 years, including 18 years in the securities and financial services industries.  He has held the positions of Vice President at Schwab Soundview Capital Markets, Vice President at Epoch Partners, Principal at Banc of America Securities, and Vice President at Merrill Lynch.  At Schwab, Mr. Hayes created an innovative trading product that the firm continues to market aggressively (under the UBS brand).  At both Schwab & Epoch, Mr. Hayes was business manager and responsible for strategic planning for program trading.  At Banc of America Securities, Mr. Hayes and Mr. Fernando built the platform for a new program trading business in a record six months.  Mr. Hayes repeated that feat by bringing the bank's pan-European equity trading platform on line in six months.  He is a veteran of three startups, including a software start-up at the launch of the PC era.  Mr. Hayes is married and lives in Mill Valley, CA.
