I was asking a question, and as usual on the internet, instead of answering the question, you brought out the "Whammbulance."
The previous commenter said that the first episode lacked a "brilliant moment," or a "moment of brilliance." That pretty much hits it on the head.
The main character is "none too brilliant," and has no experience as a private eye, and is really a boring character.
Part of the reason why "The Rockford Files" was so successful, was because of Rockford's high cunning, and the ability to blend into, and adapt to mostly any situation. Go watch the pilot episode of "The Rockford Files" on HULU (circa 1974) and compare it to "Bored to Death" and see which is better.
There must be a lot of people that worked on the show that are shilling for the show on IMDB, because there is nothing good to defend about the show, especially regarding the first epi

“Aap To Aise Na The” (1981) was a small budget movie with new actors viz Deepak Parashar and Raj Babbar and the seasoned Ranjeeta. What I remember the most about this movie was its radio advertisement on Vividh Bharati, where this song “tu is tarah se meri zindagi me shaamil hai” was played repeatedly.
This song has not one or two versions, but as many as three versions. Rafi sings for Deepak Parashar, Manhar Udhas sings for Raj Babbar and Hemlata sings for Ranjeeta. Different people like different versions. PersonallyI love Rafi’s version , though the other two versions are very good on their own rights.
Lyrics are written by Nida Fazli, whereas Usha Khanna is the music director.

Could not rename MAPI32.DLL Error Message When Starting Eudora 7.1 in Windows

Question:
When starting Eudora 7.1 in Windows, I received a "Could not rename MAPI32.DLL" error message. What should I do?
Answer:
Caution: There are critical security vulnerabilities in Eudora version 6.2.0 and earlier for Windows. In addition, Eudora versions 5.1 and earlier do not support Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a required component for connecting to the VT Mail server. For these reasons, please upgrade to the latest version from Eudora's Download page(http://www.eudora.com/download/).
To stop this error message, modify your MAPI settings:
1. To close the message, click OK.
2. From the Tools menu, select Options....
3. From the Category: menu, select MAPI.
4. Under Use Eudora MAPI server:, select the Never radio button.
5. Click OK.
6. Restart Eudora.

Hi all,
I have had this problem all the way up through the iPhone 2G to the 3G version.
The problem consists of most of my contacts birthdays show up multiple times in the calendar for the particular day. Even if I first remove the duplicated entries in outlook 2007 and sync, the duplicate entries still show up on the iPhone. If I then remove all dupcated entries on the iPhone and sync, they reappear on the iPhone. In outlook 2007 it shows correctly, though.
I suspect it has something to do with my pst file being corrupted for the contacts, because this problem has haunted me since using the same outlook pst file with my PDA, an Dell Axim X50v.
The 'funny' thing is, that even if I completely remove the contact, and sync so that it is removed from both the iPhone and the Contacts in Outlook 2007, the problem reappears if I create a new outlook contact with the same information as the deleted one. So somehow it doesn't get removed totally from the outlook pst file.
Maybe I should just export all emails, delete the pst file and create a new pst file, importing the contacts and resync with the iPhone ?
Some better alternatives?

Holy cow, is there no-one other than us two having this same issue? Thanks for your post panch - did you ever figure out how to circumvent this problem? I have been tearing my hair out over this for weeks, and there doesn't seem to be much information around about it...
Has anyone else come across this? And if so, has anyone cracked the problem?

Hi,
No I haven't solved it yet - I'm going to try the suggestion I made, but at the moment I can't bother to do it. I don't even know if it will solve the case with the duplicated entries.
At least I only think it will solve half the problem; when syncing outlook with diff
