      The Online Sales Operations team is looking for talented undergrad students
      interested in client relations, advertising, business development, sales,
      marketing, and product management. If you like working on challenging and

      CSR (Client Services Representative) Interns will be immersed in Google’s
      fast-paced environment and will be expected to think strategically to improve

      learn, enjoy researching and investigating, and feel comfortable in a team
      environment.



      Successful candidates will be responsible for partnering with the sales staff

      Responsibilities:

      • Evaluate and resolve customer concerns.
      • Cultivate customer and product development.

      • Interface with prospective advertisers, current customers, and Google employees to identify new advertising opportunities and formats.

      • Enhance and/or troubleshoot existing advertising campains.
      • Monitor competitive performance, customer feedback and satisfaction.
      • Help new clients use and adopt Google solutions.
      • Collaborate with coordinators, specialists, engineering, and product teams across Google.

      • BA/BS in progress.
      • Detail oriented, excellent written communication skills.
      • Proven track record of success in customer relations capacity.
      • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment.
      • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally at all levels of management within Google.
      • Knowledge of HTML, JAVA, JavaScript, C++, Python a plus.
      • Customer service/client background, experience in an internet or payments/ solutions company, and second language fluency a plus.

      This position is located in our European Operations HQ in Dublin, Ireland.



      Online Sales and Operation Team members drive key components of Google's revenue-generating businesses, and thus must be able to use quantitative skills to make strategic decisions and communication skills to push decisions through execution. Strong candidates should be extremely proactive, motivated, organized, responsible, and should work well within a fast-paced group. These groups can include but are not limited to AdWords, AdSense, Google Book Search, Froogle and GMail.



      There are internship opportunities on our UK & Ireland, Dutch, Nordic, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Hungarian, Slovak and Czech teams.



      Responsibilities:
