      Responsibilities:

      • Provide excellent customer service to AdBrite advertisers and publishers
      • Maintain the quality and integrity of AdBrite's ad marketplace
      • Respond to customer service inquiries via email and phone
      • Troubleshoot existing advertiser and publisher technical problems
      • Optimize advertiser ad text and site placement in order to maximize advertisers' ROI
      • Optimize publisher zone placement in order to maximize ad revenue and conversion
      • Consistently monitor emails, customer feedback and satisfaction
      • Proactively reach existing advertisers and publishers to upsell and promote new AdBrite initiatives
      • Opportunities to work on special projects, as needed
      • Detail oriented; ability to complete a large volume of work quickly
      • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • BA/BS or equivalent experience
      • Strong computer applications skills
      • Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration
      • Sales experience
      • Web publishing or online advertising experience
      • 1–2 years customer service / client service experience
      • Related experience at an Internet company
      • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash, and rich media
