Le widget Meteo est un peu spécial en 1.1.2.
Il faut supprimer deux lignes d'un fichier plist pour "débloquer" la customisation.
Il s'agit du fichier /Applications/Weather.app/info.plist d'où il faut retirer les lignes suivante :
