Tim Moors - Networking conference dates
-
This web page provides important dates for conferences (and workshops and symposia) in the field of communication networks and mobility.
It is intended for people who are considering attending or submitting papers to conferences in this field. Consequently, it focuses on technical conferences, rather than industry trade fairs, exhibitions or standardization meetings
(see the Related web pages for those).
Networking Conferences Statistics
-
This page is an attempt to gather year-over-year statistics for some of the
major systems and networking conferences.

Route Views Project Page
-
The University's Route Views project was originally conceived as
a tool for Internet operators to obtain real-time information
about the global routing system from the perspectives of several
different backbones and locations around the Internet. Although
other tools handle related tasks, such as the various Looking
Glass Collections (see e.g. NANOG, or the
DTI NSPIXP-2 Looking
Glass), they typically either provide only a
constrained view of the routing system (e.g., either a single
provider, or the route server) or they do not provide real-time
access to routing data.

available for both users of PlanetLab and for home use.

CM: Internet Congestion Manager
-
The CM is an end-to-end
framework for congestion
control and management, bandwidth sharing, independent of
specific transport protocols (like TCP) and applications.

NUTSS: Signaling based IP Architechture
-
NUTSS is a network architecture that uses signaling before establishing
the data channel. The goal is to enable middle boxes like firewalls and NATs,
which can intercept the signals to discover the intent of the connection.

Overlay Weaver: An Overlay Construction Toolkit
-
Overlay Weaver is an overlay construction toolkit,
which supports overlay algorithm designers
in addition to application developers.
For application developers, the toolkit provides a common API
for higher-level services such as distributed hashtable (DHT) and multicast.
Applications relying on the common API depend no specific transport protocol,
database implementation and routing algorithm.
