So far, the infection is in c:\windows\system32\wdmaud.sys (or c:\winnt\system32\wdmaud.sys). Simply delete the file and restart any open web browsers.

How to get Flash Player running as a non-admin user, with regedit. Actually don't have to give full control permission, just an "Everyone Read" on one key.

In Regedit (as a user with admin priviledges), go to HKCR\MacromediaFlashPaper.MacromediaFlashPaper and note the value in the CLSID subkey. Go to HKCR\ and right click it, select Permissions, add your non-administrative user (or the whole Users group... not sure why this is missing) and give them Full Control. Close regedit and try to load a page with Flash content as your non-admin user.
