A simple templating framework that provides genuine separation of code and presentation. Widely used and supported.
Some useful and interesting techniques even if you don't want the whole thing. Well worth a look.
May not replace Firefox for web developers but there are some very handy tools in the list.
Create HTML highlighted code listings
Handy little utility that generates dummy images at a specific size. Use from the authors web site or implement your own.

This is one that really works and is genuinely easy to set up - no complex CSS like so many of these things. It also works very well with just text or other HTML structures.
